This Starbucks is very consistent, and the service is always great. One day, I casually mentioned not having enough ice, mainly talking to myself. She heard me and offered to remake my latte. Of course, I said no and that I'll make sure to request a lot of ice next time. But it was so sweet of her to want to make my latte right. Well, anyhoo, I actually go out of my way to come here most of the time, especially when I want my ice-cold brew to taste like the drink I'm ordering. This time, I tried the Rice Krispies, and it was very good, moist, and not hard at all. I normally go for a pastry, but how many times have I seen that Rice Crispy pleading with me to purchase it and eat it? So I'm really happy I did. I also like how relaxed this Starbucks is, given how busy the area is. But it's a good kind of busy. There are multiple stores, a nail shop, restaurants, and other businesses in the same parking lot. I've never been inside, but have sat out front many times, worked on something, or people-watched. So if you visit this one, make plans to sit and stay for a while. I can say this is one of my top five favorite Starbucks locations, too. read more

I recently stopped by this Starbucks and was seriously impressed. The space is beautiful, open, and thoughtfully designed--it feels welcoming whether you're just grabbing something quick or planning to stay a while. I wanted to use my rewards and get a fun drink and didn't want to order it through the window it was easier on the app to order the customizations. I forgot to order the ice water at the same time I ordered my breakfast sandwich and coffee in the drive-thru line, so I asked them when I got to the window. I was told (not reminded) that I'm supposed to order the water when I ask for my order in the line so they can have it ready when I pull up to the window. I understand that, so I explained that I forgot, and nicely said thank you when I was handed the water, only to be ignored and have the window close before I could finish speaking. I live maybe 3 minutes away from the location. I ordered on my app and my husband came to pick it up because I'm sick. Please explain why my HOT coffee was COLDER THAN HIS COLD BREW??? By far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. If there are other options, I typically will go elsewhere like other Starbucks. If I order ahead, I have to put that order in 25-30 minutes ahead of time just for it to be ready when I arrive, and that isn't always enough time. If I order in person, I typically have the same wait time. I could see if I was ordering a secret menu item or something highly unique, but we're talking a medium roast or latte with sugar in the raw. Occasionally, I'll order one with espresso shots, an iced tea, or an iced coffee. They aren't just sitting around, which is why I think the issue is some disorganization. read more

Most of the Starbucks look like they're trying to create a friendly environment, on a shoestring budget. In other words, there's a very tiny space, with little chairs, and not very much to make you want to hang around, like you see on "Friends" the TV show, or on "Frazier", right? But this place is beautiful! They have a beautiful wall display, ample seating, and environment that makes you feel very welcome, much like the Starbucks "on steroids", across from the Apple Store, in The Domain. I normally go to this starbucks since it's near my apartment but i'll definitely stop going to this one and start going to the one further down. I ordered my regular strawberry açaí drink and i notice a moldy strawberry as i'm drinking it so i turn around and walk inside and let them know and one of the workers was so rude didn't even apologize or acknowledge anything and grabbed my drink and inspected it for 5 minutes and brought her other coworkers to us left it as well like girl I wasn't lying. I always received great friendly service on every trip. I saw the store Manager working right along with staff on every trip. I saw that they got a few bad reviews because of cleanliness but I never experienced that and really I don't feel it is fair to judge a business during the time of major adjustments to COVID-19. Went to Starbucks during the morning rush, this is how I got my $5.90 drink. I didn't notice right away because I was reloading money onto my Starbucks app through the drive through window, they had to cancel the transaction and start over, not sure why, but I didn't end up getting credit for the purchase through my app, and I was trying to complete a 3 iced macchiato challenge for 175 stars. I already drove away when I picked up my drink, and I didn't want to be "that person" who comes back to complain. The barista knows they didn't blend enough milk for the cloud foam, they should've taken 30 seconds to blend more, it's not the same drink without the foam, I used to be a barista, I know it's very stressful, but this is rushed and sloppy. read more

This store is notoriously dirty outside and in. Today I order via the app, sat inside and wanted to use the restroom. After seeing the disgust I washed my hands and left without using the restroom. This location needs a serious corporate trainer to come in to help. The sitting area was nasty, too. With the virus so prolific, you'd hope this manager would take cleanliness more seriously. Feces on the toilet is just wrong! A dirty door handle, gum in the urinal, the sink with hair, and dirt. Just foul! I took many pictures. I'm happy to share them. read more

Their Green Tea lemonade is great, I usually order it half sweet/half unsweet to cut down on the sugar. I had the guava tea & lemonade once too, it's ok, but I don't like that the cube of fruit get hung up in the straw preventing you from finishing the drink without cracking the lid-not too convienient if you're driving around. Also a big fan of their sausage egg & cheddar sandwhich. I've visited during different times of the day, their operation is very efficient, so even if the line is long at the drive through the wait is usually 10 minutes or less. read more

So i have been a starbucks-aholic for the last 8 or 9 years. Overall in the last 4 years i have noticed a huge shift towards overpriced good coffee that was quick and pleasant to the current starbucks... Absurdly overpriced, metallicy coffee, the baristas are short, usually not too eager to be polite, and make tons and tons of mistakes because they don't care and don't read the labels. I have in the last few months: Been given the entirely wrong drink through the drive thru. Wrong size twice Forgot almond milk a handful of times (lactose issues) Waited in line for over 15 minutes in the drive thru because something wasn't right and it held everything up. If i am going to pay $7 for a drink i kinda expect it to be served pleasantly and correctly. How can Chic Fil A and In N Out serve entire combo meals for less than a venti coffee and do it more pleasantly, quickly, and accurately? This is an overall starbucks issue, but this location specifically seems to not have it together. read more

This is my regular starbucks. I go 2x a week to get a drink I'm obsessed with and I bring my dog because he enjoys the pup cups. The service is always great, and my drinks are always delicious. There's days the line is so long and it's a 20 min wait and there's days it's like a 5 minute wait. It just depends, but that's pretty much any starbucks. Sure the location is a little wonky, but the store managers + employees didn't choose that location so I'm giving 5 stars for great customer service + an always amazing drink. read more
