We visit frequently when we are in town 3 or 4 times a year. I always order the same thing...Large Paris tea latte. I had gotten 2 when the weekend started and I ordered one on our third visit. When I received the drink it seemed light and I couldn't feel the heat of the drink through the cup. I took a quick drink and burned my mouth. Strange, since the cup was not hot at all. My husbands cup was very hot. Hmmm. We got back to our hotel and when we got out of the car I was carrying both drinks. My husbands was heavier than mine...same size. This seemed odd. We got to our room and I told my husband his drink was heavier than mine...of course he thought I was crazy, who wouldn't? Lol. I took a full drink of mine since I thought it had probably cooled down. The tea did not taste like Paris, it tasted like Earl Grey. I was trying to separate my cups to see what the tea label said. I handed it to my husband and he was able to get them apart. He also noticed my drink was lighter too. Well, guess what? Not only did they give me the wrong tea, but they gave me a medium drink and put it inside a large cup. While I could have suffered through the Earl Grey tea, I thought it was super dishonest to put the medium cup inside of a large one. We went back to address the issues and the person who helped us said that she was sorry but sometimes they grab different sized cups to use for the second cup. Really? The drink was remade and we got a sarcastic...have a great evening. I think the drink was made as a medium and intentionally put in the large cup since that's the size I ordered. I don't appreciate it at all. Nor do I appreciate the sarcasm that night and the next morning by the same person. We will go to a different location in the future. read more

Normally I rave about Dutch Bros, so so believe this is an isolated issue. I just got a chai tree with non-fat from the South facing window (8:50am). Initially the drink tasted off (it wasn't sweet at all). As I continued drinking it a metal aftertaste came through and I didn't feel safe to keep drinking it. This is not a complaint. I can't come back to the shop, but I wanted to warn you to check your tools, your cleaning solution and the materials for that particular drink just to make sure there isn't a problem for someone else. You'd think all DB stands were equal but there's definitely a few that are consistently better than the monopolistic mass of other stands. This is by far one of the best stands. Service is always friendly and super efficient... At times this spot has a parking lot full of cars... BUT they keep the line moving as they sling their liquid crack and are still able to give that personal touch to each and everyone of their fiends. read more

Dutch Bros and Travis have a great culture, what does happen is franchisee culture is not the same. The Dutch Bros in Jackson County, all of them, owned by Ty Sullivan and Family are not run well. They don't treat employees, young ones just starting out well. There is no guidance, training or support. Have you noticed the turnover? Especially in the VA, White City, Power Alley stands. I don't know about you, but I cannot support businesses that do not treat their employees well. No raises, writes ups based on hearsay, not facts, managers that trained to be managers and doing things they should not, stands not being cleaned appropriately either at the end of the night. I guess DBs are big in Oregon because I've never heard of them in CA. Had the iced coffee and tasted pretty good. I can almost compare them to Mc Donald's iced coffee. They actually used fresh espresso instead of the pre made stuff. The young man making my coffee was friendly. read more

My boyfriend and I came here at 6 am (road tripping from San Diego to Seattle). We were greeted by EXCELLENT customer service. The barista who helped us was simultaneously training someone yet still managed to be super friendly and make us great coffee! We ordered the muffin tops, which are delicious btw, as well as a house coffee and the cocomo (SO 1. SO TASTY chocolate and coconut coffee with whipped cream 2. not too sweet 3. perfect). And when she asked if we wanted a rewards card and we said no since we aren't from the area and are heading towards Seattle she still gave us one all full! I went to the Dutch Bros on the corner of Stewart and Columbus and was rudely greeted by a young gal with long brown, curly hair and very round eyes. I ordered a large Carmel Mocha with no whipped cream, she did not make small talk like the dutch crew normally does, she stood there and said nothing. She did not stamp my card an then gave me a medium chocolate drink WITH whipped cream.. when I said it was wrong she didn't seem to care. I caught her name at the end from her co-worker.. "Emily". Not visiting that stand for a while. Hopefully she'll get better but she was extremely rude and did not seem like she was very enthused to be in the stand. I always choose Dutch Bro's over any other coffee place. They are the best priced and you get more for your money. Every time I go to DB no matter what location, the employees are always happy and very friendly. They give you fast service so if you're running a little late to work in the morning, you don't wait forever. I love supporting local businesses and DB will always have my business! Also saw the undercover boss for DB and I just fell in love with the founder. He is appreciative of every one of his employees and is not afraid to share his wealth and donates a lot. Who doesn't like Dutch Bros? They're a staple of the area. I'm not much into coffee, but I do get an italian soda, semi-frequently. They're delicious. Their drinks tend to be quite strong, so I'll ask for it half-sweet, instead. Every kiosk I've been to has been happy to oblige the request. My only suggestion would be that they could improve consistency, a bit. Sometimes I think the spoons and/or mixing cups aren't thoroughly washed out between drinks and my italian soda sometimes has a bitter taste of coffee grounds that can be overpowering. read more
