The younger lady, who I believe may be one of the owners, has come across as rude on more than one occasion. Everyone has off days, but after experiencing it multiple times, it started to affect the overall customer experience. Another thing we've noticed is that the place has become noticeably dusty, which makes it feel like cleanliness and upkeep may not be getting the same attention as before. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely hope these issues are addressed. I'd love to continue supporting this business, but friendly customer service and a clean environment make a big difference. I hope future visits reflect the quality that made us keep coming back in the first place.

The overall ambiance of the shop is lovely and very creative. With that said, our experience was a bit mixed. My wife and I both didn't love the coffee or the food. Their cold brew just wasn't great--it didn't taste like it was brewed properly and felt a bit off. The sweet, blended drink tasted somewhat artificial. We went back a second time, tried something new, and got a bagel, but had a similar experience. That said, I can see the appeal of this place, especially for the atmosphere and friendly service. Coffee was delicious and made very quickly! If it was a bit closer to the heart of Medford I'd like to more often, the distance is only the downside
