Ordered a medium iced rebel with green apple flavoring. When we got to the window, they handed me the wrong drink and tried to send me on my way. I handed it back and told them what I had actually ordered. A few seconds later they handed me my drink and I pulled off. My drink wasn't even close to being full. When I took a sip, there was basically no flavoring, like they totally forgot to add any kind of flavoring and just handed it to me. I rarely go to Dutch but when I do, I expect to have better quality than this. Pretty pathetic. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've immediately turned around and asked for them to fix it. A Monday morning. Needed coffee, NOW. I passed this place several times on the way to work and finally stopped in. There wasn't a huge huge drive thru line like there normally is. However, if there was a line, they have workers out taking orders on an iPad to speed things up. I got the Keto 'Cana, keto based coffee. It was delicious! Just a hint of sweet from the cream, not overly surgery like so many drinks nowadays. I'll be back. Service was prompt, with smiling faces asking how my day is going. We placed our order with an employee outside and paid. When we rolled up it was ready. That coffee is nice and smooth and I was pleasantly surprised. My wife goes here quite a bit and they know her and her drink with our having to ask. We sat in line for 45 minutes along with two other cars we were ignored by the runners and 10 other cars who had just arrived we moved up in line and got there order taken before us. This is my favorite place to get coffee. I'm always greeted by my first name, and asked about my day. The baristas are always up beat and friendly, never down in the dumps. The drinks are always amazing tasting, and a lot cheaper than most others. Starbucks could learn a lot from Dutch. They care about there customers as well. The baristas are very friendly, I really do enjoy ordering from them. However, any milk based drink tastes way more thick than it should. If I wanted a breve I would order a breve. It's not the baristas fault though, as I watched them make my mocha and the mocha portion came from a prepackaged chocolate milk jug thing that they heat up. So, from what I saw they don't blend all of the ingredients there. It's a system built for speed, not quality. Hmm, well the white coffee they use is really good, they always pull great shots. The blended drinks with regular coffee are nearly equivalent to the ones you get from ziptrip though. We could barely tell the difference. Overall, the place is friendly and all, but the coffee is sub par. I really don't know what all the hype is about, but they've done a phenomenal job tricking people into thinking their coffee is worth the outrageous price. read more

There are always long lines, which is fine except when you're talking to customers for over 20 minutes backing up everyone else. Drinks were melted and didn't ask if we wanted them remade. I always get great drinks from here at lower prices than the Daily Grind of Pullman or the local Starbucks. They have two in particular-- the Reeses, a white coffee drink with chocolate and peanut butter, and a salted caramel pumpkin Chai latte, which tastes like the best seasons combined. I have to admit the overly chipper nature of the staff paired with loud music is a little irritating though. AWESOME STAFF! My daughter and I are visiting Moscow (Idaho, that is) because she is an incoming freshman at University of Idaho. We were downtown and headed to the Kibbie Dome to watch some football . Coming in from Cali very early this morning we both wanted some coffee. This drive thru was very convenient so we buzzed in. To our surprise an employee greeted us in our car as we were looking at the extensive menu. Letting her know it was our first visit to a Dutch Bros. she was so excited to tell us about all the drinks offered, she was very knowledgable about the menu and also let us know if there was something we didn't see on the menu they would customize any drink for us! Now that is great customer service! We put in our order and when we drove up to the window we were greeted again by 3 very happy& friendly employees . And of course, these delicious coffees ! Great place to get tasty drinks for cheap! Not very many places can you get a quad shot coffee for $4.75. I love that you can make modifications to your drink with no extra charge as well. Such as extra sweet, white coffee, etc. Sometimes the lines get crazy but they move fairly quickly for the number of cars that go through. Mistakes do happen sometimes, just like anywhere else, but they are super quick and friendly to fix it! I love getting white chocolate and white coffee drinks! My favorite is the annihilator and the caramelizer! I highly recommend them. Also something to keep in mind. They automatically use chocolate milk in their mochas. So if you find yourself not enjoying the "thickness" taste to your beverage, just ask them to use milk and chocolate sauce. They will gladly make that switch no problem! This was something I wasn't aware of and was pleased to know. 1 less star because while the loud music and high energy is an awesome vibe, but I do find more mistakes happen when they're at their "loudest". Plus getting coffee when you're needing the caffeine, that's a lot to handle for some. read more
