green fairy mocha and Charlie brown chai

Finally some flavor in my coffee after weeks of lattes and mochas that put in an eight pump of syrup. Finally some fun flavors with quirky names. I'm sorry but I enjoy when a coffee shop puts some creativity into their drinks beforehand so I don't sound stupid trying to make up my own drinks at the ccounter. And the small is a medium anywhere else... The green fairy was a really solid mocha with plenty of strong coffee coming through even with the mint and chocolate flavors, and the Charlie brown chai was very very creamy and sweet. Excited to try their other seasonal drinks and fun lattes. Cute drive through and they even put up seasonal decorations it's so adorable. Quick, fast, people taking orders as you're in the line. I'd go here over dutch bros any day tbh. Hope they change the name sometime so I don't have to censor myself everytime I talk about the (delicious) coffee

Went to Gypsy Java for the first time this morning. The customer service is amazing, they're very nice. Really like how they this establishment has a covered area to wait in or to sit and sip your coffee, I wish more coffee spots like this had that. I got a LG Caramel Caravan and my daughter got a MED Yeti, they both came to a little over $13, which is a little expensive for coffee. The coffees were both good, although a little on the strong side, I like more of an equal balance of flavors, to taste both the coffee and the flavors added. The one thing that we really didn't like were the lids, although a pretty pink, they do not stay on, when you pick it up or just holding it, the lids come right off (we had a small spill due to this) and they allow the coffee to leak as well, which, anyone one knows that this is not a good thing while driving. I would try them again, but I would ask if they will fill a reusable cup.

Great coffee flavors. There is an order taker outside when it is busy and it's near my house.

This cafe is my second home. I started coming here almost a year ago and I'm here now almost every…read moresingle day. They are open Tuesday-Sunday. I'm not normally here at nights, but I think they're open until 5 Tuesday and Wednesday and then 9 the rest of the days. There are so many good things to say about this place, I'll try to keep it short (no promises): Having been coming here daily for a year, I've had the pleasure of watching the place and the staff grow. They had a couple of things going on when I first started coming here, but they've really branched out. Trivia on Fridays, WSU football games are live streamed. Open mic on Saturday nights, there's usually live music on Saturday mornings. Bingo on Thursdays just started. The owner supports local everything, including artists, authors, and musicians. There's a whole shelf full of board games and crafting supplies as soon as you walk through the door, so there have been multiple times I've been here with my kids playing board games and I've seen others do the same. The best part: Pet friendly. Beyond pet friendly. They sell puppy birthday cakes, kongs, pup cups, and quite few other dog related treats. There are multiple dogs that just hang out in the front with their owners, but there is a nice area in the back complete with booths and a barrier to allow friendly dogs to be off leash. Coffee and human food are amazing. Staff is lovely, supportive, and just overall amazing. This will forever be my home coffee shop as long as I'm in Pullman.

The coffee was great. Staff were friendly. I didn't get any food, but it looked good!…read more And what a pleasant surprise to be visiting Pullman and find a cafe that allows dogs! It was a very useful training session for my Aussie. She got lots of pets from the other patrons, and good exposure. Nobody seemed to mind her occasional whine or bark. Will definitely be going back if I'm in town!
