I was already very uncomfortable having to ask and the moment i did the manager who took my orders whole demeanor changed and she educated me on the portions and assured me it would be made to my liking however i got back in my truck looked at the wrap and just cried bc of the lack of lettuce and chicken and half of it was already disintegrating from the abundance of Buffalo sauce. i hate confrontation and really just wanted a refund. Feeling confrontational atp i decided to just eat it and take pictures. You tell me if this looks like extra lettuce.. she charged me for extra chicken.. doesn't look like extra chicken either. I feel robbed and embarrassed that I even gave them another chance. Initially it's was a corporate issue but now it's an issue with the manager that okayed this order coming out to me. 0/10.
