The store closes early without notice, they run out of basic ingredients before the posted closing time, and the hours of operation feel completely inconsistent. It's hard to rely on a place when you don't know if they'll actually be open or able to serve what's on the menu. This isn't a product issue, it's a management issue. The place needs structure, accountability, and oversight. If that means bringing in more experienced staff to run the store properly, then that's what needs to happen. Right now, the execution is hurting what could otherwise be a great spot.
