I came to ding tea after a long day at work and preparing myself for a long sit in traffic. I got the taro slush and it was nice. I wouldn't say it was super memorable but the service was also not memorable. Not super great not super bad. Just people there to do their job and that's okay for me for a Thursday. The area was super clean and seems to be a good place to hang with friends or family after going on a swim or after a day at the park. I returned and came back and had a guava tea and that was actually so so good! The boba in my drink was great and the pudding was probably not a good mixture to do, so I won't do that next time. They have so so many things on the menu, you'll should be able to find what you like. The milk is non dairy and that's great for us who aren't a fan of milk. Another plus, they have APPLE PAY! Woohoo! If places don't have Apple Pay, chances are I can't find my card and I'm not going! Bottom line: it was okay. I'd find other places to try. I got the monster tea and it was soooo rich that I can see why they don't serve it in any larger of a cup. They are so super sweet here! Parking is easy, it's an open business lot so you'll find tons! Space/ decor: so pink and pretty!! Words can not describe how cute this place is!! Very cute and hip new boba place that opened up in North Fort Worth! Just another great drink shop to add to the many new boba places opening up in this area. I have to compliment the aesthetics of this place, I love the beautiful flower wall they have up. We went for grand opening weekend later in the day and the wait had died down, so we received our drinks in no time. Service was fast and friendly. They do have restrictions in place for COVID, so masks are worn by workers and customers. There is also a screen up to protect the workers/customers from each other while ordering. As for the drinks themselves, I ordered the Jasmine Green milk tea with golden boba and it was delicious. They were doing the buy 2 get 1 deal for their opening weekend, so my friends got a Hokkaido Oolong milk tea and a Hokkaido Coffee Slush. Both drinks were also yummy. Okay. So. Mixed feelings. The milk teas are a hit and miss with me and I've had some issues with the sugar levels but the one thing I know for sure is that the taro smoothie is THE BEST IN THE AREA. The flavor is smooth, rich, and absolutely perfect. It doesn't taste overly synthetic and powdery like other places. Highly recommend. Also the interior is cute. I used love their drinks but it's definitely gone down hill, mainly because of this girl (Bailey) she's very rude and when your drink is messed up she refuses to fix it and accuses you of stealing from them. I video taped my last interaction with her. I wish I could post it for everyone to see how rude she is. Cute drink place. I saw it when I went to pick up my order from Keek's. They have all the staples for boba drinks with options to customize sweetness. The store is clean and well decorated. There is ample parking. The only time I ever have a hard time parking is when the gym in that same shopping center was busy but not an issue since the pandemic. The staff was friendly and quick. I was lured here by my husband's desire to have a boboa tea. I decided to grab one since I was there. I chose a strawberry green tea with 75% sweetness. I loved it!!! It was very refreshing and cleaned my palette for another sip. It didn't last long at all. Just when i was really getting into it i was down to the ice. Never left a review so fast after visiting. For starters, this is one of the more expensive boba places in the area. My husband ordered a condensed milk coffee & I ordered a taro w boba. Taro was fine but nothing special. The coffee was tiny AND it was just straight up bitter. But what really bothered us was hearing all of them talk something being wrong with the coffee machine and asking each other if they should let us know or just to make it KNOWING the machine was down. One of the workers said "just make it". Of course it didn't taste right so I nicely went to ask if we can just exchange it for something of equal value or lesser value. They said no. My husband just ended up tossing his in the trash but you won't catch us back here. After they refused, one of the girls was saying how she just tasted it and that it definitely didn't taste the same as usual but it's "not bad" All we want is to get what we paid for. $12 plus with tax for two cups, I feel like they should've fixed their mistake and it would've been fine. read more

Worst Service ever!!! I took my little sister here for some bubble tea first first time, and she decided to try strawberry milk, tea she did not like the flavor, really bad the milk tasted like it was expired, I tried it too, and they did not want to return it. They said I have to purchase another drink, and then i ask for a sample to see if it was the milk and they said that starbucks doesn't do samples but they do return drinks you dont like. Any other bubble tea bars i have never had this problem, actually i have never experienced anything like that, they usually return it, or give you at least some credit. I do not recommend this place and if u do pass by make sure you like the flavor or drink. And this message is for the owner stop using those kids that work there and making them feel like they can't get another job or you'll fire them if they make a mistake on a drink. Such a cute spot for boba and pictures! They have Instagram worthy backdrops everywhere! There's usually a line on the weekends but it moves so fast! Service is phenomenal everyone is so friendly. For drinks we usually get the monster bonk and my favorite is the jasmine green milk tea with egg pudding. The tea flavors are nice and strong without being bitter. They also have some unique flavors like longan, wintermelon, kumquat, and guava. I don't typically get boba but I tried their golden boba and it wasn't bad. When I went in there was no one else there. They follow the standard COVID procedures (wearing masks, hand sanitizer, physical distancing markers etc.) I love the interior of Ding Tea, the flowers and the bicycle are a nice touch to the store.
