I love Dutch Bros. Wished they had a location that was on my way to work. When I'm looking for smooth and creamy coffee, this is my go-to. Their coffee is not overly sweet, which is just the way I like it. If you have not already, I would download the Dutch Bros app. It's super convenient to look at their menu while waiting in line. I'm always checking their seasonal menu to see what's the latest. You will find fun drinks like "birthday cake" with festive sprinkles; they even have popping boba. The weather is still warm outside, but I had to get my fall vibes on with the caramel pumpkin brûlée latte. The other perk with the app is that you can get a birthday reward. Unlike at Starbucks, I didn't go the day of my birthday, but was still able to claim the reward about two days later. You can also load money on the app, and conveniently pay through there. I showed up at the drive thru around lunchtime on a weekday, and my barista made my drinks very quickly. I'll be back. read more

I had never been to Dutch Bros before but they opened up near me and I decided to give it a try. We ordered a "Flap Jack" blended coffee drink and a "Snickerdoodle" mocha. They were fantastic. They use Torani syrups and their concoctions are delicious. I can't wait to go back and try all their combinations as well as some non coffee drinks, too! A huge variety of flavor options. It is a chain and they have a rewards app as well! The people in the drive thru were so kind and friendly, and though they had a line, it moved SUPER quick. Oh, and the lemon poppy muffin top!? Service is habitually slow. You could chance it by walking up and ordering instead of sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes...but it's still a dice roll. Recommend going somewhere else if you value your time! Update: Got order at 46 minute mark. Casually asked the employee at the window what took so long and she said they only had two employees working inside today. Not good. read more

Sat in line for 34 minutes with only 6 cars ahead of me. Couldn't get out of the line because cars in front and back of me. At the 25 minute mark the "manager" came out to take orders. By the time only two cars were ahead of me we had to leave because I was already late dropping my daughter at school and for work. The manager said the reason it's taking over 6 minutes a car is because they're short handed. We noticed that walk up customers were getting their drinks within a couple minutes. If that's the case, have an exit lane so people who can't wait over 30 minutes can get out of line. And/or let customers know the real wait time. Torturous and unacceptable. Maybe learn from Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on time management. You lost another customer. read more

I love this coffee franchise! Their coffee is the perfect blend of not too bitter and not too strong. Every time I visit this location, the staff are always friendly and service is quick. I've tried their Dutch classic (Annihilator with oat milk and on another occasion with almond milk). Both times it was made well. Prices are fair for portion sizes compared to another well-known super popular franchise in the US (who we shall not name lol). One more thing to note is that their rewards program through their app is pretty awesome. You can earn free stickers for you kiddos and also free drinks after purchasing a certain number through the app. It truly is great for frequent visitors! If you're in the area, give 'em a try. I did not enjoy my drinks from here at all, but I'm giving 3 stars because the service was really great. Every employee I spoke with was super friendly, respectful of allergies, and willing to make the situation right. I had originally ordered two cold brews with light ice, one with syrup and one black for my husband. I tried both of them and they were so watery, it was like sugar water. I went back around and they refunded me and even offered to make me a free drink! I got a hot drink, the annihilator, and it was ok. I am still just very disappointed in the quality of their cold brew. I will probably return to try an espresso beverage iced and give them another shot. I recommend this place for a decent espresso drink and wonderful service but if you are a cold brew fan you're better off going elsewhere! read more

I'm so grateful for the attentive and friendly service! I really appreciate the associate at the window. It's rather frustrating because the drinks are decent but the time it takes to get the drink makes me want to drive two minutes in either direction to get Dunkin or Starbucks. You should look at letting people pay and tip at the window so they don't tip first expecting speedy service and waiting over 10 minutes for a drink. Dutch Bros coffee is really good actually! I got the mocha whatever the full name is and it has German Chocolate and coconut. Being someone who normally always gets a mocha from Starbucks this was surprisingly better. The only thing I did not like was how rushed I felt. It was my first time and I felt like I was ordering at McDonald's. They do a Chick-fil-A style ordering and come up to your window to take your order. I asked to see a menu and got told " I'm pretty much a walking talking menu, what do you like?" Now most ppl are simple that way, but especially at a new place I like to see everything that's offered to make a choice on what to get since I always get something different. Since I was rushed I only got one small coffee thing, and I don't even remember what the name of this coffee I got even is since I was so rushed. Normally when trying a new place, I would've tried multiple diff things. Coffee favors may be on point but waiting in a drive thru line for over a half hour is not something I plan to do again. This was when the line was shorter than normal. Note I was well within the queuing lanes and not wrapped around like I've seen most days. I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they are in no particular rush and want to hang out in their car. Also my coffee was warm not hot when I got it so sipping and savoring over a long period of time was out of the question unless I wanted to enjoy both a hot and cold beverage from one drink. read more
