The location is very easy to spot off the main roads but the entrance from the parking lot makes it a little confusing to navigate if it is your first time. Much like the other locations, this is a walk up window or a drive-thru only, with no area to go in and sit and drink your drink. I like that idea because it keeps the place moving and grooving! The location is very clean and there are more than enough menus for you to find and look at to decide what to order on the visit. I love how friendly the staff are and the conversations I have with them seem genuine and not like it is a chore for them to ask how I am doing and what my plans are for the day or weekend. I love the sugar free golden eagle, that being my go-to drink when I come here. The flavors are always mixed well and their espresso is very smooth and easy to drink! I've heard of Dutch Bros Coffee from a friend. Stopped at this location since it was near our hotel. This location is a drive up and walk up window cafe. They have an extensive menu of drinks that there is something for everyone. If you sign up for the app, you get a free medium drink that you will have to use within 14 days. They also have a birthday reward for any drink any size. I ordered ahead on the app my drink when I was redeeming my birthday reward. I choose the German Chocolate flavor combo from the secret menu. The drink is very chocolate forward. Overall delicious. The only reason I had to dock a couple of stars was that it took a bit long to get my drink. I preordered on the app and it should have been ready within at least five minutes when it was the ready time. I saw two other groups who arrived over 10 minutes after me get their orders first. I had to go back to the window and ask them about the status. I think the initial barista I checked in with forgot to make it or send the order to be made after I checked in or it might have been given away to another group? Terrible location if you are doing mobile order pickup window. They don't put your order in until you arrive. So I had my order set for 8:45am pickup. Didn't get to tell them about my order until 9:05am because the mobile order line was so long. My drink was ready at 9:12am. Thankfully I was not in a hurry but this is extremely frustrating. I was talking to one lady that had to leave because she was trying to get to work. So she left without her drink. This is the only location I have encountered this. We've been to this location a few times. Their drinks are delicious, and service is usually great. This Saturday early evening I placed an order, and when we arrived the drive thru had at least a dozen cars that did not seem to be moving. My daughter ran in to get my app order. We anticipated a slightly longer wait, but after waiting about 20 minutes, the employee handed her a small drink. My daughter told her that we ordered a medium drink, but the employee insisted that we ordered a small, so that's what we received. I double checked when my daughter returned to the car, and we did in fact order a medium. Accidents happen. They were VERY busy so after already being there longer than expected, we left with a small drink. The drink was very good, as usual, but I was disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered. We kinda messed up our order at first, but the staff were super cool about it--they upgraded the drink to a more expensive one for free AND still gave us the original.
