My first time at this boba tea place. The first thing I noticed going in was how clean and open and quiet it was. There are touch screen ordering kiosks where you purchase your items and then pick up at the counter. In addition to drinks, they also have waffles and hot food items as well. I got the Honeydew Mango Sago and it was so refreshing on a hot day. They have so many options and customizations like sweetness level, milk options, and ice options. Orlando has many boba shops. The milk tea here hit the spot. Their large was also one of the largest cup we had. Well worth the price. The cajun wings were delicious as well, didn't get to take a pic of it, was snagged up very quickly by my kids. It's bright and spacious inside. They also have games for you to play. I'm pretty sad because I wanted to go here another time before my trip to Orlando ended, but it didn't align well with my itinerary. I like how randomly both zen and toony it is inside, with the KAWS Companion at the front, and various cartoon trinkets on display or for sale at the counter. They serve a variety of different teas and beverages, and use very fresh fruit! I like that they have a large number of signature drinks you can choose, but then it's so hard to decide! Some of them even include a reusable jar-cup, and the prices are reasonable considering the extra souvenir. They also have food - Hawaiian BBQ and wings - what more can anyone ask! We had fresh fruit teas - the honeydew lychee and lychee kiwi grape, both of which had a perfect balance of the fruits, which tasted very freshly muddled. I love how naturally green they both were, with pulp that went down smooth. I love the drinks, love the peaceful interior, and love the vibe overall. Came here on a Saturday around 430pm, waited more than 30 minutes to get the things I ordered. The kiosk is not intuitive when you want to change the sugar level. You have to uncheck the current sugar level then click again for the sugar level you want. We got the panda cake and rainbow cake , and 1 fruit tea , 1 mango sago. Was in the Dr.Phillips area getting some food and wanted a quick delicious coffee. Spotted Harmony Tea Shoppe and decided to give it a shot as I love Asian tea and coffees. To order you use a self service kiosk and there is an attendant to answer any questions or assist of course. The styling of the place is a clean modern look. Once you order they make everything fresh and you can even pick the sweetness of your drink with ice level which is a nice touch. The coffee when it came out was made to my specifications, so of course it was delicious. When you enter through the automatic sliding doors, there's touch screens to your left where you place your order. The service was efficient and friendly, delivering our boba teas with a smile. (Theres even a rewards program) I'd recommend this as a little spot to read a book that you could pick up at the Barnes and Nobles in the plaza over. I ordered my go-to, a taro smoothie with regular boba and it was one of my top spots for taro flavor. You know I have to hunt down the tea spots! Found this one and had to try since it's been on my Orlando wish list it's located in a strip plaza with a lot of other stores, restaurants and such. Very easy to get in and out and plenty of parking. The shop is so cute and welcoming. It's actually beautiful from the moment you walk in. Great drink options What I got the Mango Pomelo Sago dairy free. I got this with 25% sugar. The toppings - mango pomelo sago was okay. It was more on the artificial side, I didn't taste much of the pomelo pulp/meat if there was any.. there were pieces of mangoes which were good. There seems like there was a mix of sago in there, some bigger than some unless it is something else... I was able to get this without dairy which was good. It was just coconut milk. If you have strict dietary restrictions, doing substitutions could be questionable, id stick to drinks that doesn't have anything, ie. the whole milk removed from my drink, i am skeptical is there was no milk in it Environment This is located in a plaza so there is plenty of space available. There is a few tables outside so you could sit outside. There is quite some space inside with games to play as well. I brought my teenage daughter and her friend here because I knew Harmony Tea has some board games they could play. Both girls are picky eaters and the menu looked simple enough that the girls would find something. They both enjoyed their teas and Hawaiian chicken katsu. It was more than enough food, they probably could have shared one meal. The staff was nice. We asked about the cuter cups that looked like bears I think, they said they're only for kids. They must have meant for much younger kids. We were unbothered by that. It's very bright inside with plenty of tables. I got Hawaiian BBQ Beef and a mango smoothie. There's a lot of drink options here. I tried the mango yogurt and it was delicious. You can pick your sweetness level at 25% increments. I got mine at 0% but was still slightly sweetened because of the mango flavor. It was perfect. There were some jellies in the drink that were also sweet so I didn't need the sugar. I like that the drinks had a white lid below the actual lid that prevented the drink from getting spilled out. They have two ordering screens and accept tap payments. I believe they also have an app for you to order online but I didn't try it out. There was a water station available next to the ordering screens. The environment is spacious, clean and beautiful. There were very few board games available. The restroom was large and clean. I didn't see a diaper changing station in the women's restroom. I stumbled upon this boba shop with my family and at first impression we were really impressed with the interior and the options available here. It's not just boba but actual food, snacks, milkshakes and you could make your own drink! Prices are a little high but they do come in nice cups. I also recommend half to 25% sweet as their drinks were really sweet. We got the mango pomelo sago (it's like a slush), pinky lychee milk tea and strawberry lime fruit tea. This cute little tea shop popped up in my Google maps. It is new, it's in the Orlando Dr. Phillips area; right next to Rocco's tacos. They have oodles of options to choose from. They have milkshakes, bubble tea, ice cream, food and sweet treats. The cups are very fancy with a thick plastic with their logo in the center as well as I think they're reusable. I got the QE lychee tea with jelly and grape but only got 50% sugar. It is located right next to Huey Magoos and the fresh breakfast place across from the strip that has the whiskey and voodoo Bayou. I was in town for my son's AAU Volleyball tournament July 7-11 and had some time to kill in between games. Found this place and decided to make the quick drive to get some boba tea. Got a Thai tea on my first visit and a young lady with glasses behind the counter provided excellent customer service in our limited interaction. Even going so far as answering a question not related to the tea shop. That short interaction with her was the reason I went back a second time a few days later. She was there again and this time I got a drink and a rice bowl and again she provided excellent customer service on par with what you would expect from a dine in restaurant. She helped a customer after me that had a lot of requests and did so with a smile all the way through. As I sat there eating my food, she welcomed every new customer in, answered any questions politely, and thanked every one for coming in. I've been in the customer service industry my whole life and it's rare to get that level of service at some restaurants let alone a tea shop.
