I love Dutch Bros Coffee, which is hard to find close to home. But while staying in Prosser, we saw that it was right next to our hotel, so we walked here to get some caffeine. No complaints here. We visited on a Monday morning and though the place was busy, it didn't take long for me to get a drink and pup cup! I ordered a sugar free Rebel energy drink with strawberry and peach and they asked if they could give my dog a pup cup of whipped cream and a treat on top. She loved it! The staff were very friendly here and service was quick. At this Dutch Bros Coffee location, it's in Prosser, next to many fast food restaurants and close to Vintner's Village. They have a drive-thru service as well as a walk-up window. Menu is huge with a lots to choose from. I always have to stop by a Dutch Bros when I see one, and this Prosser location gets extra bonus points for the warm staff. read more

Came from out of town, have came the past two days First, the atmosphere just wasn't welcoming. No how are you ? which is fine whatever Ordered three drinks, granted, I didn't specify what size on two of them but why automatically give me mediums without asking what size. So my 3 and 4 year old drank out of mediums. Came again today, same vibe. Came up to window and my drink order didn't get repeated again just got handed a drink , that was ofcourse wrong. Would be nice if drinks were repeated back to the customer to make less mistakes and to make sure the customer know they are getting the right drink, I get trying to rush people out of the line, but when there's one person in line and I am that one person it would be nice if they took their time getting things right. My advice is to take employees through some customer service training My Dutch Bros and my state, greet to the Customers, takes the order repeat the order when they take it and at window and tells me to have a good day. read more

Love our Prosser Dutch Bros! Great service. Friendly without it feeling forced and part of their job. They are just nice humans.

Man all these negative reviews and I'm confused. We stopped here on the way to OR and on our way back home. Both visits were great! Friendly staff, nice genuine conversation, and good tasting coffee. I can't believe they call this coffee, absolutely the worse drinks I've ever had...THE WORST coffee shop I've ever been to anywhere in the United States. Milk, ice and water, I've had better instant coffee. I've tried it multiple times hoping they'll get it right. If there is one thing that I can't stand about Dutch bros is the employees being so into talking to each other that they completely disregard that I'm there. I don't care for small talk, but the fact that they won't even look my way and are talking to coworkers while charging me and STILL ask me for a tip?! I go to Dutch Bros coffee locations when traveling, as we are not lucky enough to have them in our home city. So we were thrilled to find one close to the highway (I-82) in Prosser as we traveled back to the western part of the state. It was a cool morning & a young woman was outside taking orders from the vehicles before they arrived at the take-away window. I decided on a frozen mocha & my husband ordered a double latte to be made in his personal travel cup. We requested the china cup be warmed to help maintain the temperature of the latte as we continued our road trip. When we arrived at the delivery window, we chatted with another friendly young woman while our beverages were being finished. Both drinks were delivered & we continued on our way with the best latte & outrageously delicious frozen mocha we have had in months! Worst service ever. I came through the drive through for my first time ever going to a Dutch Bros. And Maddie, had one car in front of me. Zero behind me. She spent 10 min visiting with her friend. Asking her how so and so was etc. I was waiting. Ridiculous. I'd fire her as fast as I could. 4 other people were working. I backed out of the drive through. Went to the walk up window and asked for her name. Terrible management of staff. I'll never be back. Doesn't even deserve a single star. read more

I typically do not go out of my way to complain about a business online, because I too have worked in customer service as an adolescent (and know the common struggles) but this was by far my worst experience at any food/drink place I have been to. Being from Idaho, I have been to Dutch Brothers many times, and have loved every second of my time there! Traveling through Prosser, I couldn't wait to go get my regular drink from being on the road for so long (a salted caramel annihilator). The young lady, who's name I found out to be Maddie, is simply not cut out for customer service. Ever. After waiting in the longest line I have ever had to wait in, I found out that the girl dealing with the customers was chit chatting among friends, making me and other customers wait for our drinks instead of simply waiting for after work to mingle. When I finally got to the window, the distain and rudeness in her voice and facial expressions was shocking and embarrassing for the company itself. I would never go back, and personally would look into the employment of the young lady, as I'm sure this isn't the first and last complaint about her. read more
