It was worth every single minute I waited to be seated. The atmosphere in here during the wait was so nice, and it was all thanks to the staff. The pancakes are fluffy and the eggs are always done correctly. Although the food is quite delicious the service needs work. A manager seated at the food counter would solve some server errors. For example, "no arugula" was missed, no syrup was given for the pancakes, no water for the table, no water was offered, and a side of avocado was forgotten. These are server issues and maybe the cook didn't read the ticket correctly. This will not stop me from returning, but if they would like to increase the star rating, this needs to be corrected quickly. All was covered with Hollindaise sauce. On the side were home fries. I also had a cup of black coffee. I enjoyed the several flavors of the Benedict and with the home fries it was plenty of food. The trick with the mashed potatoes is you gotta ask for extra crispy so I had potatoes standard versus extra crispy and you gotta go extra crispy.
