Omg what a great start to my morning! We're from California and my friend recommended this place so we decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did!! They were super friendly and nice. The guy there started chopping it up with my friend about sports and did not judge him for being from LA as he was wearing a dodgers hat. We got the kicker and it was so good! I was worried it was going to be too sweet because I normally just drink coffee black, but it was just right! Yum! Thank you for giving us such a great coffee experience ! Sad day when I stopped here and ordered my white coffee, white chocolate with coconut carburetor. They brought me a white coffee mocha. When I told them its coconut milk, not chocolate milk, she said it was...I said, it should be all white, not brown. She went to remake it but then I sat there for 6-7 minutes. They never did apologize for getting it wrong or for taking so long. This location is convenient for me but will probably never stop there again. read more

asking for a tip?????????????????? i drove across town to get my wife an coffee (broadway and the parkway). ordered with an "extra soft top." i had no idea what that was. they asked me for a tip. last time i checked a tip is for excellent service...but whatever. i gave them a $2 tip. i brought it to my wife and she said they forgot the soft top. she drank some of it and i brought the rest back. the woman who took my order to correct this mumbled something about "dont worry" about the fact that she drank some. are you kidding me ??? i spent my time to get the drink and to return it and i shouldent worry about paying for another drink. great customer service jackass. dont give them a tip unless you get great...or even good service!!! read more

What's up with this dutch bros never giving you a large on your birthday? Some of you may know dutch bros does free drinks on your birthday and all the 4 years in a row I went to get my birthday drink here they always give me a small or a medium when I clearly ask for a large... I have never ever gotten exactly what I asked for in this dutch bros. Also the past four years I went to this dutch it takes 20+ minutes for one small/medium drink when there are over 4 employees in the stand and almost no line. The rebels aren't ever blended enough there's always huge chunks of ice and there is never enough syrup it just tastes like ice to me. I will give one star though for the employees who have to take orders outside with a telephone booth on (rain resistant tent thing) read more

Definitely 5 star! My absolute favorite coffee stand! I can't stand the coffee at that other well known Coffee shop, so Dutch is my go to! The staff are always friendly, and since I go there quite a bit, certain staff I see a lot have remembered my name and since I always bring my dog they remember her name and give her treats and loves. I like how now Dutch Bros. have staff come to your car if the lines are getting long and take your order to help expedite things, it sure helps. Mmmm...wish I had a Dutch right now! the workers are usually nice. this curly haired worker was rude, she had an attitude when she took our order. she asked us if we wanted cream or no cream my sister was confirming the size of the drink before answering. the worker said "yeahh, i asked if you wanted the cream in it though" she tapped the sizes (im assuming bc why else would she be looking down)on her screen like she knew the size the entire time. she was kurt with her responses. she seemed like she either didn't want to be there or she just lacked the work ethic for that job. they got my drink mixed up with someone else's, it's morning and my sister's job is in the other side of town so we didn't bother going back and seeing that same worker again nor did we have time to go in line again. the other workers are sweet and friendly plus great at small talk. she was the complete opposite of that read more

Overrated. The coffee is so weak, be prepared to pay extra for additional shots so you can actually taste the coffee. The insincere bubble gum, hip hop, funky people they have working there try to relate to you in a 5 minute transaction. "Dude...do ya really care how may day is going, what my plans are for the day"? I always expect long lines at any Dutch bros during rush hour. I don't mind, I simply add in a few extra minutes to my commute. However this Dutch bros location consistently makes me smile, EVEN during peak hours. Whenever I wait over 4 or 5 minutes for my drink they give it to me for free. I never expect it or even make a complaint if I am waiting. But I can tell they want to ensure every customer leaves happy. & I always do! Way to go guys, keep it up! read more
