    Okinawa Milk Tea Mango Smoothie

The ambiance is cute not much seating more of an order and go. The service is amazing the workers are so friendly and kind. The drinks are delicious

It's great to see a solid bubble tea spot outside of the Portland Metro area. T4 has tons of options, even some drinks I don't see at other bubble tea shops. One of my go-to drinks is the Soy Milk Tea. This drink uses soy milk with the classic black tea base (they also have one with green tea base). This drink along with grass jelly is the perfect combo for me.

Their door says they open at 11am, but it's noon. It seems they haven't changed the time on their door. I've been to other locations in the Portland metro area, but first time here. The basil fried chicken was good! Fresh, crispy, well seasoned! The egg waffle on the other hand I wouldn't recommend. It was pretty soft and just sort of ripped off. Like the circle broke off itself.. it was a bit undercooked and it was a bit bland. It doesn't have the vanilla egg sweetness I come to love. Happy lemon does a better job at that imo. I got a yogurt green tea with lemon at 30% sweet since I was warned the drink naturally is very sweet. It was definitely a little waterier... but I'm trying to eat less sugar. I would probably recommend 50% sweetness for a better flavor. But all in all... not bad.

Delicious! Exceeded my expectations! We stopped by this T4 on a roadtrip on a warm and sunny day, and we were craving some refreshing boba drinks. We were totally surprised by the menu options and how neat this boba place is! I really liked the takoyaki, it was perfectly done! I'd say it was better than other Japanese restaurants. I have not had fried tofu before and this fried tofu was amazing - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We got the deep fried squid and that was yummy. Popcorn chicken was scrumptious. My son devoured it. Sometimes when I get popcorn chicken at other boba places, I get very "yeet hay" after eating it...but I think they use really good ingredients here, I actually felt great after eating deep fried foods. We also had the fried flour buns with condensed milk, which my daughter loved. I also really liked the egg rolls - it was really good. I wish we had room to try the fried lobster balls, fried cheese sticks, and egg puffs! Drinks that we got were so refreshing! We got the taro milk tea, mango coconut drink, royal peach smoothie, cream crown sea salt coffee (which is a new addition to their menu), and Okinawa milk tea. Everything was really good (yes, I tried all of the items I listed above!) and I can't wait to come back again! Service was worth mentioning, too. Excellent customer service, and their team worked very efficiently, food and drinks all came out very quickly. I am not impatient but my kids can be impatient when they are hungry. I love that we didn't have to wait a long time for our food and drinks. If you have not yet been to this boba place before and wanted to try something new, I highly recommend it! They updated their hours for the summer. They open at noon and they close at 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. They close at 9pm from Sundays through Thursdays.

Stopped here for a quick pick-me-up a long car trip. Menu is a little confusing since there are no descriptions (and drink names aren't standard to my regular boba shop at home) but the staff is helpful in explaining. All our drinks were yummy.

This time around we thought the smoothies were too icey and not smooth like we expected. More like shave ice for some reason. We ordered 3 - maybe this is the kind they make. Need to get acquainted with menu. Area was safe and they sanitized after each customer. Friendly and good service. Will be back to try something else. Marking on floor space customers and they rope of the line area to lead you to counter.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CURLY FRIES. I recommend them 100%. They're so crunchy and the taste is just so good. They give you a good amount also. I don't think i've ever had better curly fries. You have to get them when you go.

The tofu was inedible with the amount of pepper and the egg puff was quite unbaked. This is the worst food quailing I've seen in awhile

The donuts are self-serve with trays and tongs. They had a wide variety available. I selected a original glazed, a pretty in pink (strawberry glazed), a chocolate and a pandan. I also ordered two K-dogs (Korean-style elevated corn dogs), and a classic pearl milk tea with the standard brown sugar boba. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes. My drink was a pretty standard boba drink. Good, but nothing special. The drinks are very customizable, with ice amount and sweetness level just two of the options. The K-dogs were really tasty. I got an Potato Dog (which is a corn dog covered with crispy potato cubes and served with a fry sauce). The other dog I chose was the Gochujang Dog: their standard corn dog with Gochujang sauce. You have the option of having your K-Dog stuffed with mozzarella, a hotdog, or half hotdog and half mozzarella. I did half dog, half mozzarella on both. The cheese made the K-Dogs like huge fried mozzarella sticks. I enjoyed both, they were huge, and I ended up splitting them with a friend. I had both sauces on the side as my order was to go, and both complimented the rich cheese/dogs nicely. The fry sauce was rich and tangy, and the Gochujang a little spicy and a little sweet. The donuts were good too. This was my first time trying mochi donuts. The mochi flour gives the donuts a firmer and denser texture than your standard donut. I love other mochi desserts, but here I missed the lightness and melt-in-your-mouth quality of regular donuts. That is more of a personal preference, but something to be aware of, especially if you are sensitive to textures in food. It seemed like most of the individual flavors of each donut came more from the toppings rather than the donut itself. That isn't unusual with donuts of any kind. The service was awesome, and I was intrigued most by the K-Dogs. I will be back when I am in the mood for an different kind of treat.

Everything is immaculate and very nicely decorated. Once we were seated we were provided with an extensive menu of dining options. Everything on the menu looked incredible! I had difficulty choosing one thing, so I chose TWO! I chose the Banh Mi sandwich and the Wonton Noodle Soup. I love the type of rolls the sandwich was served on. The outside is crisp and flaky while the inside is soft and chewy. I asked for chicken as the meat choice. I enjoy how the carrots and cucumbers are sliced in a square straw. I think that provides a nice texture in every bite. The wonton noodle soup was delicious. I've never had soft wontons before. They've always been crispy nibbles on a side plate. I like that in this dish they were part of the soup. I was a little disappointed in the vermicelli noodles though. They were nicely done and very tasty, but there were so many that they clumped together and were difficult to get a bite of without getting a whole mouthful. Also of note were the drinks. I chose the pineapple tea and it was MARVELOUS! All in all, lunch was an amazing experience and I will always remember that meal with my stepmom.

Both the older restaurant "Pho Keizer" (just South of here on River Road) have the same owners, their offerings and quality are similar. My wife loves their soup bases. Since she is quite sensitive to hot spices, we are careful to order the lowest level of chiles offered in dishes we order. I, then, increase the heat level by using the chiles available at the table. In that way we are able to share different dishes served "family style." My own favorite dishes are the egg rolls (Chả Giò) and the vermicceli salad (with grilled pork and egg roll). We also dislike the fresh coriander so ask them not to use it in dishes we order.
