I'm a regular at T4 I think it has some of the best Boba in Salem. I've drank around 5-6 different drinks there now and my favorites remain the Thai Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, and Lychee Green Tea. The boba always tastes fresh and the tea hits the spot, though they are a bit sweet for me without any adjustment, but they can easily adjust the ice and sweetness level. My only shortfall is sometimes the wait can feel a bit long, which I think is contribute to them being short staffed. read more

I've got food at a place nearby and got boba at the same time, I went to one place she went to the other and I ended up waiting for her to get her boba for so long I almost told her to leave them. It's great to see a solid bubble tea spot outside of the Portland Metro area. T4 has tons of options, even some drinks I don't see at other bubble tea shops. Service! Had to ask for everything that should of came with item. Ordered the popcorn chicken but did not come with sauce that I asked for and had to ask again . The basil fried chicken was good! Fresh, crispy, well seasoned! The egg waffle on the other hand I wouldn't recommend. It was pretty soft and just sort of ripped off. Like the circle broke off itself.. it was a bit undercooked and it was a bit bland. It doesn't have the vanilla egg sweetness I come to love. Happy lemon does a better job at that imo. I got a yogurt green tea with lemon at 30% sweet since I was warned the drink naturally is very sweet. It was definitely a little waterier... but I'm trying to eat less sugar. T4 has been a lone bright shining star in a desolate extended Salem food scene. T4 is mostly known for bubble tea, and the selections they have in that category are in fact quite enjoyable and diverse. I especially like the numerous options they have for bursting boba. You can also customize your drink to lower the sugar intake if that is what you are seeking. I'll also say that the popcorn chicken in quite good. I never found a good version my entire time living in Texas so this was a welcome change. Tofu is good and the artificial lobster balls are okay. Overall, it's worth a 10-15 minute drive and even better if you can get delivery. read more

Delicious! Exceeded my expectations! We stopped by this T4 on a roadtrip on a warm and sunny day, and we were craving some refreshing boba drinks. We were totally surprised by the menu options and how neat this boba place is! I really liked the takoyaki, it was perfectly done! I'd say it was better than other Japanese restaurants. I have not had fried tofu before and this fried tofu was amazing - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We got the deep fried squid and that was yummy. Popcorn chicken was scrumptious. My son devoured it. Sometimes when I get popcorn chicken at other boba places, I get very "yeet hay" after eating it...but I think they use really good ingredients here, I actually felt great after eating deep fried foods. We also had the fried flour buns with condensed milk, which my daughter loved. I also really liked the egg rolls - it was really good. I wish we had room to try the fried lobster balls, fried cheese sticks, and egg puffs! Drinks that we got were so refreshing! We got the taro milk tea, mango coconut drink, royal peach smoothie, cream crown sea salt coffee (which is a new addition to their menu), and Okinawa milk tea. Everything was really good (yes, I tried all of the items I listed above!) and I can't wait to come back again! Service was worth mentioning, too. Excellent customer service, and their team worked very efficiently, food and drinks all came out very quickly. I am not impatient but my kids can be impatient when they are hungry. I love that we didn't have to wait a long time for our food and drinks. If you have not yet been to this boba place before and wanted to try something new, I highly recommend it! When the nice gentleman, who I assume owns this location, isn't there the quality is piss poor. Food is soggy, unseasoned, and takes forever to come out. Expect to be waiting awhile if you order any food. Drinks taste fine but the outside is always sticky, they never wipe the outside down unless you ask. Open during the pandemic! I drove to Keizer for In and Out. Didn't want to wait in a 4 hour line. Thankfully T4 was open. I got the Royal Milk Tea with Boba and the popcorn chicken. This milk tea is one of their more popular items. It tasted like most regular milk teas so it's not a stand out item in comparison to other flavors they have but a solid go-to. Their popcorn chicken is fire though (as in, it was so good). The pieces are chunkier than other places so you're decent sized morsels. It's flavorful and salty but not in an overpowering way.
