Stopped by here because I wanted to see what all the hype was about. Swear I couldn't see a hydro flask without a Dutch bros sticker on it. There was a bit of a line so there was a girl outside taking orders. I was a bit nervous because I'd never been there and didn't know what I want, which I mentioned to her. She was super cool and made some funny jokes ("oh welcome!! We're all crackheads here!" LMAO). She asked a few questions to see what I would like and suggested an iced latte of sorts, I think it was called Dutch Canyon? Something Canyon, I don't remember. Then she said since it was my first time it would be on the house. I was having a bad day and that totally turned it around. What a nice surprise. And when I got to the window the girl there was awesome too. They're just so damn NICE. I don't know how they don't get exhausted. I'm a server and when I come home from being nice all day I don't want to talk to nobody and I'm a jerk. Lol. But every day they are just so nice! Love them. The coffee was great and ever since then I've been hooked. Never again, Starbucks. DB is so much better and cheaper, especially if you're looking for one of their tea or lemonade drinks. A 32oz green tea drink is like $3.15 at DB and an equivalent drink at Starbucks is like $6. Never paying that again. Btw, tried an iced green tea drink called "Grape"- it was a combination of strawberry, passion fruit, and blue raspberry syrup. So how the hell did it taste just like grape??? Magic. Now I want Dutch bros, and it's 9pm. But I can go because they are open late! Love it, love being able to go get a drink after I close at work. Starbucks could never. Love y'all. read more

I really enjoy the more authentic places around Spokane but Dutch Bros has done a great job with supporting this city. The keto cold brew is one of my favorites and I love that DB puts medium iced drinks in a large glass because we deserve it. Super great pricing for coffee as well and they do provide some solid incentives if you look hard enough read more

Sorry Dutch Bros, but I'm downgrading to a 4 after a recent incident where your staff failed to keep an eye on the line forming at the drive through. My friend was told to go to the back of the line, as the car behind us complained to the staff member that we "cut the line" when she was actually parked in a parking spot when we pulled in off Division. If your staff watched the line, they would have realized the woman behind us was being deceitful. Instead, your staff member punished my friend for your staff member's own failure to keep a watchful eye over the line. Disappointed me a couple times before and I let it go, but now I've got to say something here. read more

Typical Dutch Brothers, which includes a poor layout, traffic backed up and loud music. So loud the guy rang us up wrong, made it right by refunding the difference. The only reason they don't get 5stars is because of the layout of the drive up window. But besides that, I like their coffee and the service is always awesome! I really like the giant to go mugs. I'd totally go there every day if I knew I could get in/out quickly. I know it takes time to prepare everyone's order ahead of me, I'm just always running a bit late (my bad). I have never had a bad experience at Dutch Bros. I went in today and very obviously sad- I have been grieving my cat who passed away yesterday. The barista was kind and compassionate and wrote "stay strong we love you" on my cup with hearts. That is exactly what I needed this morning. So I've been here twice. The first time all I got was a raspberry Italian soda, the soda was flat so obviously the drink was terrible. Plus they didn't put much flavoring. The second time was this morning. I ordered 2 drinks. I thought maybe the coffee is good, they just don't have very good Italian sodas. Wrong again. They forgot my white chocolate and English toffee in my white chocolate English toffee breve. & Didn't put the lid on tight on the other drink, so that spilt. So all in all I literally threw away $15 in the garbage. Being a single mom, & $15 a lot of money in my world, is really a bummer. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker but I do love the Italian sodas every now and then. I usually get them with a Red Bull for a little kick to my day. Every time I stop here or at any other location the employees are helpful, friendly and have a smile on their face. They are able to engage me in conversation in a very limited period while making a tasty beverage. Kudos to Dutch Bros! read more

This place is awful, keep in mind I've tried giving them a chance for 3 months. I come here nearly everyday to get my morning joe but no longer will they recieve my business. Today was the last straw... They served me a piping hot coffee on an 80 degree day without asking if I wanted iced or hot. Like what the hell do you think, yes I want a fucking hot coffee today.
