The last time I went in I had ordered one smoothie on the phone, she said it would take 10 minutes, so I came in 15 because they literally never have my order ready when they say it will be. I come inside and there are 3 girls "working" and yet not one could be bothered to greet me despite being the only person inside. When I approached the counter, the girl told me that she would be right with me and made me wait while she finished some seemingly mundane task. They hadn't even started my order yet, but one of the girls appeared to be making drinks for, of all people, herself. I had to wait several minutes for them to even start my order despite there being no one there and despite having ordered in advance on the phone. Went in after a good gym session, got the pitaya w/ collagen smoothie and the Gf Pb banana toast. Not gonna lie when I took my first sip of the smoothie I was relieved cause I knew I'd isn't waste my money, it was great full of flavor and the collagen made it more enjoyable. Arrived 35mins before closing and tried to order a hearty bowl. The girl at the counter told me that I can't order that because they were out of rice and because the bowl takes '30 mins' to make. I saw the rice cooker and it was all cleaned up and empty with the lid open so it was clear they decided not to make any more quite awhile before I came in. If you want to cut off one of your menu items well before closing time, maybe mention that on your website or menu. And it would be a different story if I came in 5 mins before closing...but not 35mins. It was a waste of my time to walk over there and I won't be back. I Love açaí bowls. I have never been to Method but I figured it was time to try them since they are pretty close to where I live. Very disappointed. First of all, super slow and low customer service. Four ladies working, but mostly talking and standing behind the counter. There seemed to be no process an assembly line or assisting one another with customer orders. They had forgotten avocado toast for another customer and it was shocking how slowly the manager took to make the toast for the lady who stood around waiting...and when she was done...had no thought to getting my order completed. She even said to an employee, "people know when they come here they will have to wait". WOW! My açaí bowl was not the best. The açaí was very "watered down"...sort of a pink color and more like a smoothie than a bowl. It was almost $12 for a bowl smaller than when I purchase at other locations. Twice the price of national chain restaurants. I think we are getting more and more options in Spokane for healthy treats...so this would not be my first choice. read more

It's all organic I believe which is the way I like it :) I've tried their hearty quinoa bowl with lemon tahini sauce repeatedly and just gave the mighty power bowl a try. I'd like to disclaim that this review is for the Northside store only! I've been a huge fan of Method since they opened downtown. After trying a couple of the cold pressed juices from this location, I've been super disappointed. I have paid more ($8 instead of $7) for juice that tastes much less fresh. I understand the process by which they bottle is supposed to retain freshness and flavor, but this just has not been my experience. I work out North and was so excited that my favorite drink place was opening alongside my favorite gym, but it's just not the same. Still visit this location but I'd suggest a chia pudding, smoothie, or salad instead of a juice. Save that experience for when you can make it downtown. And hopefully one day they decide to start fresh squeezing the juice here, too! read more

I have been coming here for over a year. I love the smoothies and bowls! The customer service has been hit and miss in the past, but my last two visit have really pushed me to write this review. I decided to try the juice cleanse. The first time I placed my order online I wrote in special instructions that I would not be picking up the kit for 5 days, and gave the date I would be there. This was accidentally over looked. When I went in to pick up the juices 3 of them were set to expire that day, with one expired the day before. The girl told me I could exchange any of the ones for what was in the case, which I did. Though, she really made me feel like I was being ridiculous and said the date didn't matter and it would be fine. This is a best by date, not a sell by date. Accidents happen, I get it! Take 2; I ordered on a Sunday night, expecting to pick up Tuesday morning. I get there by 10am Tuesday. Pick up my kit and go home. Well, 1 bottle expired on Sunday (that's 2 days before!), and one bottle was so thick I couldn't get it all out of the bottle without adding water to it. I truly feel if you are putting dates on your fresh pressed juices you are saying they will go bad after that date, so if a customer is not comfortable buying bottles that have expired, they shouldn't be shamed into taking them. With all this said, yes, I will be giving them another chance, and I'm hoping it's not my last visit!! read more

Delicious, fresh, organic smoothies with a good variety of ingredients available. They offer different non-dairy milk choices; peanut and almond butter; and in addition to the usual fruit offerings, they also had pitaya, which I haven't seen at other smoothie bars yet. We tried to legit and the authentic, and both were excellent. Their rice bowls smelled enticing, and I bet their acai bowls rock, too. The staff were friendly and professional. They seemed to work carefully and methodically. I don't know that I'd want to hang out and work or read there. The industrial space doesn't appeal to the relaxing customer, but it was clean and looked cool and fit the gym-vibe (there's an attached studio). Will definitely go there again. read more
