Im really frustrated this is the 2nd time I've gone to the govt way and Anton location and basically got hot coffee water. For 8$ I should get something that tastes like what I ordered. Nope I even had them remake it last time and no flavor. They dont listen when youre talking obviously because I didn't get what I ordered . On 2 separate occasions. I said I wouldnt go back but im forgiving so I tried again today. Se thing I ordered a cinnamon mocha and it tastes like neither cinnamon nor mocha. Post falls location made me the best cinnamon mocha ever!!!! Without fail. I've been a jitterz consumer for many years and gave lived them. This is truly disappointing. This Jitterz location says it's open till 2pm because of the holiday but as I'm waiting in line the girls keep running outside telling cars to leave instead of getting through the customers currently waiting. With 3 girls working the 2 lines it's unacceptable to send 2 girls out to send already waiting cars home. Followed them by an angry blonde in a Santa hat shaking her head and fist once she returns into the coffee stand. Its 15 minutes till with 3 cars now left in each side and the time from order to receiving drinks is slower than a Starbucks grand opening. The best option would have been a sign with a line cut off time and better planning with advertising on Facebook. If these girls volunteered to work the holiday as it says online then the should take the customers that get in line till 2. Good customer service is the base of all successful business. As I'm waiting still for my drinks there is at last one employee who stands out. She is walking to the last cars and taking orders to finish the line. Because of her I'm increasing my stars to 2 instead of 1. I'm willing to try this place one more time to give them another chance to make it right. Perhaps the best idea would be to have these girls train with the Hayden location ones. The best customer service was represented by the brunette pictured on the left and the worst was by the blonde pictured on the right. I appreciate these girls volunteering to work the holiday but bad customer service isn't acceptable. Now what I find is extremely annoying and something she should be fired for is the blonde complaining that they have families like me and no tip is unacceptable. As someone who's worked in the service industry I understand the concept that a tip is given for going above and beyond not for a selfish arrogant attitude. We are the last vehicle waiting and I did give a tip directly to the women who took my order and made my drinks. I guess to complete my holiday I didn't get a receipt and after doing the math I was charged incorrectly. Stopped here yesterday morning early. When I pulled in there were 3 cars on one side and 1 on the other. I pulled up behind the 1 car. Ended up spending 10+ minutes waiting for the young lady inside to end her visit with the car in front of me (apparently she knew him) by this time there were 4 cars behind me so and I was pretty much blocked in or I would have bagged it. When I finally did get my drink it was lukewarm. Think I'll pass on this one in the future. read more

The line was long but the very knowledgeable barista came to our car and took our order ahead of time. She was so helpful and knew her sweeteners and menu which was a breath of fresh air!! Rude, rude, rude! Usually we try and hit Human Bean or Lean Bean for coffee but wanted to give Jitterz a try on the way to boutique shopping. Pulled into Jitterz and wasn't even greeted by barista upon pulling up. Once she opened her mouth she proceeded to be incredibly rude and irritated we were even there - she couldn't hear what I was saying but instead of saying "Could you please repeats yourself" (maybe with a smile, brat) she snapped at the driver and said "I can't hear her". Then we asked about the doggie donuts on the menu and she said just said "We don't have those anymore" in her flat, unenthusiastic voice. Sorry we asked. Maybe she was working a double but her attitude was bad enough to where we won't go back probably ever. Both our daughters have been baristas and we tip incredibly well, but guess she didn't care. Coffee was subpar. I asked for a drip, got an Americano that was strong yet watered down with ice. read more

I go to jitterz everyday. I order the same thing. Always get my drink and sometimes I get my husbands and his is always the same thing. Today they were very slow which has been happening a lot. 25 minute or more wait. I ordered my usually 32 iced and my husbands 32 hot. My friend in car had a separate order for a hot mocha. They had a lady come out to take orders and we were pretty sure she was in training which is fine. We told her our order. 1 hot 24 ounce, 1 hot 32 ounce and 1 iced 32 ounce. (Leaves flavors out because it's a lot to type) But when we got to the window after our extremely long wait which I usually don't mind as long as my orders right, they made the hot and ones as iced, and when we told them they were supposed to be hot they didn't seem very happy. Very awkward silence. The lady that was taking our order handed it over to someone else to take our pay after we complained. Seemed kind of angry and I don't think that's fair to us. Once we got the coffees the iced coffee didn't even have espresso in it. Or flavor not sure but Tastes just like water today. So that's cool. Super bummed because this is my favorite place. But spending $8+ dollars for rude and slow service with bad coffee is extremely unacceptable. I try to tip whenever they do a great job thinking that would be good incentive. I got a zipfizz, and the drink was only half finished. It tasted like pineapple water, when it was supposed to be a pina colada. The zipfizz was apparently left out of it too... Sometimes the wait time is high due to popularity, but it's well worth it. The staff is very positive and their drinks are, in my opinion, the best in town. The coffee, smoothies, and energy drinks are a 10/10. They even have breakfast options that are great. Pricing is standard compared to most other shops. This establishment has the highest turn over rate. I just was informed their best barista is no longer there. One day all the good ones just up and leave.
