At first, I thought, "Why wouldn't I?" but then he explained that they ask because some guests are vegan or avoid honey. That intentionality and respect for dietary needs really stood out to me. It's rare to see that level of thoughtfulness in quick-service spots, and it made the experience feel really personal.
