Super fresh, vibrant flavors, and the texture was perfect. You can really tell they care about the quality of their ingredients. Big thanks to Landon who helped me out. He was incredibly kind and attentive. What really impressed me was when he asked if I wanted honey on my bowl. At first, I thought, "Why wouldn't I?" but then he explained that they ask because some guests are vegan or avoid honey. That intentionality and respect for dietary needs really stood out to me. It's rare to see that level of thoughtfulness in quick-service spots, and it made the experience feel really personal. The ambience is relaxed and welcoming--clean, bright, and super peaceful for being in a college dining setting. It felt like a little wellness oasis right in the middle of campus. They hadn't even started my order yet, but one of the girls appeared to be making drinks for, of all people, herself.
