If you know me, you know I really don't like Dutch... about a month ago I went through the line of the Dutch on division and Megan Watson was one of the baristas. She made my drink and honestly it was the best I've had from Dutch. I ordered a peach ring rebel and it was super good. I've gone back multiple times now when Megan is working and she's amazing! She is super sweet welcoming and fun and makes really good drinks even if you don't like Dutch! I really recommend going and hopefully you'll meet Megan! read more

Wanting a cup of Joe after lunch, Dutch Brothers was our choice of the many coffee stands in Spokane. Located conveniently on Division, there is often a line of cars 4 to 5 deep. We did have a wait but the line moved fairly quickly and was sped up by a friendly and upbeat employee outside braving the cold to take our order. The menu is large with plenty of selection catering to those that aren't afraid of drinks on the sweet side along with a section for the younger ones. Any frozen, frost, freeze, or smoothie drink was not an option for us in the 20 degree weather. My daughter had a hot chocolate, my wife had a white chocolate mocha, I had a caramel latte, and my two teenage nephews also had flavored lattes to wind them up even more. Warming us up and giving us a boost of energy, everyone was pleased with their drinks. I live in Seattle and usually have a good experience with the one in Renton so I decided to stop by this one is Spokane but had a bad experience. There is no clear sign of where the line should start so I pulled in off the road to the line. I didn't realize that on the other side there was a line so I cut a person off. I wouldn't have been upset had it been clear where the line was and if there was a sign indicating to come through a specific entrance. When I showed up to the window I explained that I hadn't seen the other car and they were not understanding and told me I had to get to the back of the line--where there were 4 more cars at this point. Despite the fact there were a lot of cars waiting, the line moved fairly quick because one guy was coming to cars ad taking orders ahead of time. Don't bother wasting your time at this Dutch bro's. The line is always around the parking lot because they are so slow, the employees mess up the orders constantly, people cut in line and they don't care, and more recently, the employees have been outright rude and not friendly at all. It's just not worth it. read more

Dutch Bros is one of our favorites. They are always fast, and super friendly and I love that they have free awesome stickers at the beginning of each month if you just ask. Hurry and get there on the first or second or you'll miss out! My husband always gets a Double Torture, large, iced in the summer and hot in the winter. I like the smoothies. The green apple is so good! You don't have to stick to the menu either! They will combine any flavors they have and custom make you something. I like the laid back fun staff there. This place is great! I absolutely LOVE the customer service. Always genuinely friendly and attentive to detail. They get super pumped for even a $1 tip, too. This location is a drive up, and it gets ridiculously busy to where a barista will come out with a phone and get your preorder. There are two lines, and once I had to wait for two additional people that were originally behind me, because some asshole drove to the front! But of the 5-6 times I've been, that was the only disappointing experience. (And it wouldn't have bothered me as much had I not been on my way to work) PLEASE NO CUTTING IN LINES!!! I've only been here right before work at 6:45am, but every time has been a good experience. The coffee is always yummy and consistent with other Dutch Bros coffee stands. The baristas make this one stand out though to me; they are so AWAKE and energetic so early in the morning! I wish I could be that alert and chipper! read more

Worst coffee hut experience ever if there's such a thing. Who knew it could be so difficult . 3 people Working and a back up like I never knew was possible. Nobody handling the line to take an order before getting to the window , I saw one of them out there doing what I thought was taking orders, but obviously not -no ordering station via microphone box?We had to be someplace at 4 we pulled in at 3:51 and pulled out at 4:04. I could not back up or Pull out of line ! Then we get there and tried to give me a pre order of some body else's. Wish I knew how they did that -I give " deer in headlights girl" my order which apparently was the equivalent of a calculus test. She kept repeating back the order wrong, maybe she couldn't hear over the music shaking out the glass window? Then tells us the grinding on the machine is not working right for the coffee so can we just blend it after waiting some more .At this point I don't care . I will NEVER go into that coffee hell again. They need a re-group ! And the coffee was at best average. read more

My wife and I are almost everyday regulars at this Dutch bros. They are always busy but are able to serve people quickly, and remember our regular order the shark attack blended rebel. The people here are super friendly (which is rare in Seattle) and they have different flavors (which is a move change of pace). Not to mention. Two medium coffees are like $7.50 compared to well over $10 in Seattle. read more

My mother and I stopped by this location before getting our nails done; a caramelizer & an iced Americano came out to about $5, very reasonably priced. The service is always friendly- you can expect to be greeted cheerfully which is more than you can say for some of the other coffee stands around here. Bleach! Yet another Douche Brothers that tastes horrible. Coffee takes burnt, they don't have a thermometer, and only offer to water down or milk down your drink when they burn your mouth!
