Finally I had the opportunity to stop at one of their locations. I enjoy watching food & beverage shows and saw Dutch Bros Coffee on there so I added to my, must stops list. The young man that took our order memorized everything we wanted (4 different drinks), I was amazed haha. I totally would have had it then turned around and would have forgotten everything I was told, thumbs up kid! The ladies making our drinks were pretty quick. They all seemed to be working together while having a fun time. They all had smiles and very friendly. I ordered a hot mocha and it was delicious, I was a happy happy gal. Everyone was happy with their drinks, all delicious. I think if there was one close to me in Tacoma I'd definitely stop by often. The closest to me is their Renton or Olympia location, which is still quite a drive. But if your in those neighborhoods I'd definitely recommend you to stop by. I was just happy to be able to stop by in Sunnyside while visiting my relatives. read more

This was the first and last time I'll ever go to a Dutch Bros. This spot is literal garbage when it comes to coffee and service. I ordered the most basic of all coffee drink a decaf Americano and I kid you not the girl did not get it. She kept asking me if I wanted all these other types of drinks, however after telling her a second time I just wanted a basic decaf americano, not a latte or anything else she finally acknowledges it and carries on. What I got was a watered-down iced latte. When I told her I wanted it hot she seemed to be flustered took back my drink and handed me a lukewarm latte. I finally gave up and drove away figuring it wasn't worth it or risking it (possibly spitting in my coffee) to get the order right. I'll never understand these mini coffee stands in small towns. They offer nothing but the fluff in overly sugary drinks yet, a basic americano baffles them beyond belief. Sorry, I don't waste my calories in sugary drinks to widen my behind. read more

First time stopping by a Dutch bros today. I was very unimpressed with the service. The woman at the counter wasn't able to describe any of their drinks, tell us what was in them or suggest any drinks. I was sad that I couldn't order a drink because she did not even know what the base of the drinks was. I'm not impressed. If I go to any other espresso stand- they can tell me what is in my drink, Dutch Bros Coffee failed. read more

Came here bright and early after sleeping at the rest stop next door and the service was very chipper and welcoming. My only complaint is that their water didn't taste filtered, it was pretty bad, like undrinkable. read more

I love my dutch bros but there is a very rude girl that is very unprofessional didn't even acknowledge me or greet me. When my drink was being handed to me she didn't let me know my drink was ready and when giving me my order she looked away and didn't hand it to me in a reaching matter, when taking my order she stood there without greeting me! I'm from Oregon where Dutch Bros people are always friendly, and efficient. Dutch is known for great service with a smile and fast and most importantly... efficient. I've been going to Dutch Bros coffee since 2006. When I moved to Sunnyside in 2014 I quickly switched to Starbucks and only go to Dutch when I need an energy drink because this is NOT a typical Dutch Bros. Coming here I am shocked how in the world can you have 8 and 9 workers in one tiny Dutch and have service slower then slow can be!?! At a certain point do you not understand more people are just in the way?!? They are bumping into each other, dropping and spilling things meanwhile always ignoring the customers. Don't even get me started on why the heck they close off one window?!? What is the point? I've never seen a Dutch do this before AND then they proceed to send someone out to the cars for more drink orders. It is mind boggling the weird stuff they do at this Dutch if you want to take more then one order at a time... open BOTH SIDES! And it isn't like there are only a couple people then... they still had FOUR WORKERS!!! In Oregon FOUR is a lot of people working and they get more drinks made in 5 minutes then the 8-9 Sunnyside people do in 20 or 30. It's also no secret the Dutch Bros brand wants chatty and happy employees BUT they mean happy and chatty with the customer... not ignoring the customer to chat and yell and laugh with each other only. Also Dutch employees if you are cleaning up something "ewwww it's so gross! How long has that been there?!? Ewwww oh my gosh!!!" Isn't getting you repeat customers! That is one way to get the health department called in... just saying. Drink wise... not sure how good or bad they are. I get a Rebel which is pretty hard to mess up. This Dutch Bros isn't good at all. Every time I give this place a second chance, I question why I did. The service is slow, there is so many employees yet making my drink takes forever. These guys are either really fast or really slow. A twice I've had to wait 15 mins (more or less) with just one car in front of me, but other times it's like they almost read your mind an get you outta there as fast as you get yourself in. Drinks are good, haven't had anything taste funky, too strong or too sweet. They will make small talk to you (probly because the boss says to) while you wait for your drink, I personally don't like that but that's because Im not very interesting or like talking to new people, for E.g. "so what are you up to today?", me "umm... not much?" An then it's just awkward silence until you get your drink. If they do take to long as mentioned above, there is a chance you get a free drink or extra punch or something on your Dutch bros card but that's even if you wanna wait, I've seen the workers talk the pants off to some customers read more
