Their directions and street cones/signs are horribly placed. So, the line was hectic and confusing. There's also a walk-up order too. I usually grab my american eagle drink medium size. They always do great on my medium-sized drink. I receive my crazy straw. The hole is really thin, so sucking my drink is really hard. I recommend just using my regular straw.
