If you like your sweets with a Mexican flare, look no further than this shop tucked into a shopping center near Ashley Furniture and a pool supply store. We stopped in because my son was in need (and earned) a cool treat, and the smile on his face was well-worth the trip! For those who may think otherwise, this is more than just an ice cream shop. They have a large selection of everything you could think of from snow cones to smoothies to mangonadas with fresh fruit. My son keeps it basic, so despite a selection of ice creams including guava and marzipan, he went with a classic chocolate on a cone. The folks here are all quite friendly. The look on his face and the silence while he ate, from first lick of the ice cream to last lick of his fingers, was all worth it. If we are back in the area we will definitely get him another ice cream from Sabor a Tocumbo!

A crazy variety of ice cream flavors including mazapan, guava, pineapple and so on. If you're not feeling ice cream they have snow cones if you're not feeling up to eating bad they have smoothies. Any craving you're trying to satisfy you can probably satisfy it here. Very refreshing for these hot summer days that are coming up!

The fresh juice selection is amazing! I went in to order a mangonada and decided to also try a green juice with nopal. I'm hooked! It's now the following day and I'm waiting for them to open so I can order another green drink!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I came to the second location in Visalia by my work, and I was very pleased with the customer service. And was happy to receive some details on how the business was family owned. I love supporting local businesses and was happy with my purchase today. I will get my co workers to come support the new local business.

4/2/19' The 2 women working were very nice and friendly! The prices were good! 2$ for a paleta(ice cream bars) with a wide variety of flavors! I tried the cookiess and cream which was okay but the fruit flavors is where they really shine, i had a chile and lime/lemon and was amazing! The chile was not over whelming at all and it was awesome. My wife got the Mangonada and she said it was delicious and filling. Definitely would recommend!

Even with a busy rainy evening and the downtown Farmers Market going on, the line moved quickly thanks to an efficient and hardworking staff of three. We tried the Salted Caramel, Strawberry Wafer, and the Drum Roll with dairy-free vanilla from the Not So Secret Menu. The ice cream itself was delicious and definitely lived up to expectations. While the dairy-free vanilla wasn't quite as good as I remembered, it was still a nice option to have. This place is always a hit with the kids, they love watching the ice cream being mixed and created right in front of them. The shop was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a fun experience and a great stop for a sweet treat!

It is a little small how they set up the path to walk in and to exit as well as the waiting little spot. Service was good, help give good recommendations. There were only 2 the night we went and the one that was doing the rolling wasn't too in tuned with putting just a smile or interacting just focused on making the orders which customers have straight view of them and with me having kids could've made us a little more happier with service experience. Other than inside the ice cream was delicious and is something we have rarely come across since majority ice cream spots don't primarily use the rolling area since they offer tub scooped and sticks

On a recent road trip, my friend Denise and I made Rosa Brothers Milk Company a must-spot on the…read moredirt tour. I like milk and its by-products, especially ice cream so this place seemed like a natural place to visit. And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!

The upstairs has an open seating concept, with only a few tables reserved ahead of time. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and casual, with low lighting, large comfortable chairs, and an intimate feel that's perfect for a date night or relaxed dinner. Keep in mind that the prices are higher than downstairs, but so is the menu. We started with a White Linen cocktail, which was incredibly refreshing on a hot summer afternoon and the perfect way to kick off our visit. We originally planned to order the Burrata Caprese with Fresh Basil, but they were sold out--which must mean it's a popular choice! Instead, we opted for the Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, and they were absolutely delicious. The dish featured thinly sliced Serrano chilis that added just the right amount of heat. The crunch from the walnuts paired perfectly with the feta cheese and balsamic reduction. Best of all, the Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly--crispy and tender without being soggy in the slightest. We loved this unique take on Brussels sprouts and can't wait to return to try more of the menu. Mia was our server and was both friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
