Don't argue with me about a drink I order every time and have no trouble getting. A drink and exact order I just got yesterday at this location as a matter of fact. As someone who does not drink coffee much, I think I know whether I have a full shot of espresso or half a shot. Because the espresso truly makes a difference. Sure, you don't have a way to measure it. I get that. But if that's the case, then every location should be declining tpart of when I order my drink. I've watched them pour it into they're little measuring spoons and dump it in. Even just eyeballin it will work. Sure, it'll be off, either too less or slightly more, but I'll tell you this. Less than half a short or a little more than half a shot is better than a full shot for someone who is only asking for half. & I would be perfectly fine with just being told you can't do it, but going back and forth with me on it when I know what it tastes like is crazy. read more

Good drinks. Not great coffee, you know like you would get at an occasional coffee shop where you'd wanna drink something without a lot of flavor just so you can taste the delicious coffee. This place has great coffee drinks. Incredibly varied and creative selection of mixed coffee drinks. People are very friendly. This location can get pretty busy but the wait isn't too bad ever. And it might seem extra crowded because there's not a lot of space, since it's right next to a car wash. If you go in from 7800 S, be careful as some cars might be trying to leave the drive thru window. But if you turn south at the light and enter from the east side, be careful as some cars are trying to exit from the car wash. I've been going to this location mostly since they opened. Service has always been friendly and in all the years since they opened this location, I think they've gotten my drink wrong two times. By the way, it you wait until you're rolling away to take the first sip, it's quite an effort to try getting back into the lot. Minus one star because even though cost of goods is going up, doubling the price for soft top from $0.50 to $1.00 is a bit much. read more

Don't stop here if you are short on time. Long, Long, Long lines since they opened. Lines even formed out of the parking lot onto the main street. I don't understand what all the hoopla is over this coffee shop. It's just a drive-thru coffee chain, and I didn't think their coffee was all that good to wait in line, and waste gas, and emit carbon dioxide. Plus my coffee was luke warm. I was going to purchase a large black house coffee anyway, so I thought what the heck, I'll just go check it out, and see if I like their coffee. If I like it enough I would start coming here (after the novelty wears off), and the lines aren't so long. I didn't see where there is even an option to go inside. There were two girls outside taking your order via an ipod to make the lines go faster, but it really didn't help that much. It takes time to make a foo foo drink, and all I want is just a plain ole black coffee, one that doesn't even have sugar or cream. The girl that took my order was very nice, and friendly, and fast. You do pay for your order before you get to the window as long as they have someone walking the line taking orders, which helps. I might stop, and get a coffee here if I am in the area again, but I wouldn't go out of my way like I have for other drive-thru coffee shops that are in the valley. read more

I was craving a good cuppa on Sunday, but the line was wrapped around the parking lot and out into the road, so I went elsewhere. But today, I gave it a try again thinking that mid-morning on a Tuesday would be less crowded. It was, but not by much. There was still a sized good line. As I approached the beginning, I was greeted by an order taker outside, on foot. I let her know that we were first timers and could use some suggestions. She gave us a quick tour of the menu, answered our questions and ultimately suggested the Americano. I also ordered the cranberry orange muffin top (you know, to go with the one that I'm growing myself.) The folks at the window were super fun. While we waited for our order, they started casual conversation with us. The energy from the staff was positive and upbeat. My wife made a comment that she would like to be friends with these people-they are that much fun. The coffee is amazing. The service is phenomenal. The muffin top was delicious. Then to findout that they opened in Utah was the best news I've received in 2020. (Boo covid). For those that want caffeine but don't like coffee order any of their drinks that sound good but with WHITE COFFEE. White coffee in short is an under-done bean. The more you roast a bean the less caffeinated it becomes and more acidic. (That's the taste I don't like in coffee and try to cover it with loads of sugar and cream). WELL... White coffee tastes nutty instead and has 3x more caffeine. I usually buy a drink and it lasts me a couple days. My favs are Golden eagle with white coffee White cookie with white coffee Annihilator with white coffee I do love their blended rebels as well. Or a secret to getting a drink but having it cheaper is to order it as an Americano and and cream and flavorings of your choice. So I order a white coffee Americano with cream and double hazelnut and white chocolate flavoring. Bam medium size drink for $2.50. Can't beat that! My obsession with white. The service.. wow. I went on the second day of opening and there was already a long line of cars out on the street before 9 am. I parked in Jordan Landing and walked over, there was no line! The music is really loud so it was hard to hear and talk to the employee, I'm hoping they turn it down so it makes it easier! The nicest employee, Jenny, helped me at the window. I completely forgot to ask for non-fat milk until she asked if I wanted half/half, non-fat milk, or 2%! She also made sure to let me know the chai toppings and answered all my questions as it was my first time. I highly recommend the horchata chai, so good! I went on a Sunday around 8pm and the line was the shortest I've ever seen it. I've stopped by three times before at different times of the day, but the line was too long for me. Customer service here is amazing and they are quick at taking orders. They also have full on conversations with you, and give lots of recommendations. One of them recommended the dragon slayer drink if you're a fan of energy drinks, and the caramalizer (but frozen) if you're a fan of coffee. I got the vanilla bean shake and a dairy free hot cocoa. The vanilla bean shake tasted mostly like white chocolate and it was really liquidy, so I wasn't too big of a fan. The hot cocoa was good, but not the best hot cocoa out there. I don't wanna give this place 3 stars, as I've probably just tried the wrong things on their menu. I'll update my review once I visit again! Carmel Apple Yum Yum!! I few weeks ago I had my first experience at Dutch Bro's. I drive past it on my way home for work and tonight the line was not so long. Now I am not a coffee drinker but I heard they have other options on the menu. Once I pulled up I noticed their menu was small. I think this is the kind of place that has a secret menu. I asked about the smoothie options and the cute gal suggestion I get the Apple smooth and had Carmel. My husband wanted to get a strawberry smoothie and add chocolate. This was not something recommend but she said they could do it. The smooth was more like a slushy and the Carmel Apple was AMAZEBALLS! As I am writing this is am day dreaming about how yummy it was and how I wished I could have another one. My husbands was gross and I would not recommend adding chocolate to a strawberry smoothie. My family and I battled on who's turn it was to drink from the Carmel Apple yum yum! Lastly I want to add how friend all the kids were that worked at this location! I ordered my drink one hour before I had to be somewhere because I know their drive through takes a while. I sat in the drive through for almost 40 minutes. They at first only had one person taking orders and it was going SO SLOW and eventually they had a second person come help but it was still going super slow. I had to leave the drive through and I didn't get my drink because it was taking so long. I wasted $6 and I won't be going back to this location because it was so ridiculously slow I couldn't even believe it which is a shame cause they do have really good drinks :( read more

This is now my go-to place for coffee, which is slightly bad news because I live pretty far away. I started going here a bit ago when they first opened and just keep coming back. There's a few different drinks I have tried but I do have one that is my favorite. The menu is pretty insane. I asked them what kind of flavors they have and the worker said "all flavors" lol aight. That narrows it down for me real well hahaha. No but seriously, they do have all the flavors...everything from your classic white chocolate to things like passionfruit and mango. The drive through is a bit long...which is always a bummer. It hasn't been that big of an issue until a guy almost hit me as he cut me in line :( Not Dutch's fault but I do wish there was more regulation with the drive through, since the only have a drive through option.
