From there you pick a fruit, then how you want it prepared (slushi, soda, yogurt, juice, etc), then you can add in toppings. I was already there so I figured I'd get something. I ordered a mango slushie and a raspberry one, both with popping boba. I was prepared to be disappointed (yet again) having paid $7 for a slushie, but as soon as I took a sip, I was blown away!! It was clearly much higher quality that your typical ICEE from the gas station. The flavor was super sweet and rich, and the ice was almost fluffy.
