Caffeine comes eventually... if you're willing to risk your side mirror. I've only ever used the drive-thru at this location over the past 4 years, and honestly, I'm still scratching my head. No matter how many cars are ahead: two or ten, it always takes longer than a typical Starbucks drive-thru. It's a mystery I've yet to solve. The real issue? The drive-thru layout is a design fail. The pickup/pay window is recessed awkwardly compared to the drive lane, so you have to pull in at just the right angle. I've had to fully extend my left arm and even pop up off my seat just to reach the barista. It feels like a fender-bender or lost side mirror waiting to happen. Seriously, one wrong turn or misjudged angle and your driver's side mirror could be toast. I haven't heard of any accidents yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's only a matter of time. That said, the staff are friendly and do their best to keep things moving. But the layout? Definitely not doing them any favors. Coffee's fine. The drive-thru? Hazardous. The staff is super courteous and friendly, and they open early, which is very convenient.

Seriously people, how hard is it to put together 2 drip coffees with a splash of cream, I saw 4 orders that came in after me completed and then the person started cooking pastries. I had to go up to the counter, where I was greeted as a new customer and remind him of my order. It would have been faster to go through the drive thru. read more

The service is incredibly slow in the mornings. The service has almost made me late a few times and it's very disappointing.

She took 12 minutes just to put the bites into the oven and when I asked about it she got annoyed and said she would get to it. I ordered a matcha latte at the drive through and it wasn't mixed well. There were so much lumps on the cup wall. I came in the store and asked if they could remake it. The barista was not happy about and she was a bit pissed off. I overheard them saying that this is the most they could do, she could bring in her whisk and stuffs like that. I always order the same drink at this place but this was the first time that the drink came out terrible. Friendliest Starbucks, ever. $ I'm not a coffee connoisseur. I grab my coffee from any place that's nearby, especially ever since becoming a mom. I need the caffeine and don't care where it's from. It's important I state that because I do have my favorite spots, like Coava, but I'm not against grabbing something at Starbucks either. I've been inside a couple of times, but mostly I'm on-the-go and do drive-thru. Every single time I've come here, the person at the drive-thru is the most friendly person! They are cheery and get my order right. (I never make it complicated to begin with.) They ask how my day's going/any plans, small talk. Thanks for caring. Starbucks is a hit or miss. With prices going up and quality going down, it is really a 50/50 about the drinks I order when it comes to taste. I got a grande white chocolate mocha with three pumps instead of four, and it was still much to sweet. I also asked for a water, and the amount of time that it took to get that was a little bit ridiculous. Ah well, Starbucks' days of being the number one coffee shop are coming to and end, and if you can, I would always recommend elsewhere to get your cup of joe. read more

I love this Starbucks! they are so fun and friendly with a great atmosphere. I told the barista my favorite flavors and she made me a specialty drink. Nice Starbucks but the speakers are awful. The buzzing that comes through them in nearly every song is enough to drive you bananas. The baristas in the evening are less friendly than the AM. Added when they take their breaks and sit at the bar laughing and giggling loudly it is very disrupting to people who are studying or in a meeting. Rarely do I review mega chain mediocre places, but I figured I should promote Wilsonville as much as possible given how small the city is. First off, this is one of my go to spots for studying when I'm low on caffeine. This location can get kinda busy as there's so many other competing restaurants in the plaza. Plus, this Starbucks is also a drive-thru so you'll occasionally have a line of cars forming the block. In terms of spacing, there's a decent amount of tables, both single and communal. I like the communal table as there's more table top space and there is direct light shining on the table. The music plus volume is fine. The temperature varies as some days it gets too cold. And for my drinks, they do take quite a while to make because of the drive-thru orders they also take. I'm never in a huge rush so this isn't a problem. Lastly, I'm a night owl and I occasionally like to study at late hours. This location closes at 10pm, with a few days closing at 8pm. Err, basically, this Starbucks is like any other Starbucks with nothing less or more :) read more

Today is my fourth sixteen hour day in a row working. I finally get my first break a little after 7pm and I race out to my car. I wanted coffee. I look at the Starbucks app. Says this location is open till 9pm. I order on the app ahead of time. I use some points for my order. I get to this location and the person that answered the drive thru window speaker said that they closed at 7pm. From having such a bad day this did not make my day any better. When I drove on past I seen enough workers inside that could have easily said since we are here still, here is your order. They said that there is nothing they can do. If a business closes early for a holiday update the website. Don't waste my time plus other people's time. From this experience I will probably stay away from Starbucks. Makes me really see the real picture. Just have an experience like this and it shows that people are total puppets to corporate America. This experience really added more to my horrible day. Worst Starbucks ever! This location recently converted from a regular store to a "drive-thru" location and what a DISASTER! I expected some kinks and transition pains for the first couple months but it's been well over 4 months now and it is still the worst starbucks I've ever been to! I understand that mistakes happen and that's fine. What is not fine is the attitude of the employees. One thing most Starbucks have is a "what can we do to make it right" approach when they f*** up your stuff. This place doesn't. No apologies when they get items wrong, it's a struggle to get a replacement. Staff doesn't seem to know their menu well because when I asked about an allergen ingredient in a new item they assured me there was no dairy in the product. My allergic reaction said otherwise. I will be shocked if this location isn't shut down in the next 6 months. read more

The staff did not notice or greet me when I walked in, which is one of the first things that I look for in my experience at Starbucks. Despite four staff working behind the counter I waited well over two minutes while the staff at the counter prattled on enthusiastically with a customer who was clearly a "local"; I watched another staff member making drinks and two others walking back and forth and occasionally speaking to each other with no apparent intention while I waited. read more

I am really surprised I am the first to review here. I'll keep it short. The store is bigger than it's prior location. The new layout is nice, but the acoustics a a bit poor. It's loud inside due to new design and lack of sound dampening. Also, ow with a drive through, they get very busy. The bathrooms get dirty very easily. In fact those are my two main complaints. The noise level and the bathrooms. Other than that, and this is why I get four stars, the staff are incredible. Everyone is very nice and friendly, but pleeeeeeeeease fix your speakers! Was very exited that this was one of the first Starbucks in Wilsonville to carry the nitro cold brew. But every time I go to get something to drink no matter what time of day I always have to get my drink remade because they forgot a syrup, or they barley put any cold foam on top.
