Friendly service with nice food options in the morning. Good coffee for someone dairy free but not many allergy friendly food options, which is totally understandable for a local business

Great customer service Great coffee Love playing "eye spy" while waiting.... lots to look at on the property. Truly a local gem of a place!

While driving north from Salem once I got near Lafayette I started seeing a lot of signs for Redtail espresso. After the third or fourth little sign I decided that I had to check this place out. It was a little drive through coffee spot so I stopped by and decided to get something. I got an iced chai tea and even saw biscuits and gravy for 3 dollars! What a steal! Everything about this place was lovely! The person was really nice and even gave me back my card after I forgot it there! She was very nice and I just had a general great time stopping by. Now I know what all the signs were about.

Lady is super rude and the coffee tastes burnt like the person making it has no training. Better off going anywhere else.

I almost never have cash so they just charge a small fee (35cents) which is visibly posted.

We had a 10:45 reservation but ended up waiting outside on the sidewalk for over 40 minutes. We got a couple of "it'll be soon" updates and one offer to sit at a picnic table on the sidewalk. That wasn't an option for my husband's back. And, by that point, it felt like we'd already had the full sidewalk experience! To add to the frustration, we watched a table that would have fit our party turn over and be given to a group that had arrived well after us. Once seated, things didn't improve much. Our daughter has celiac disease, and after talking through options with our server, she ordered a modified breakfast plate. When it arrived, it had two slices of (gluten-full) toast placed right in the middle. We asked for a remake. While we were waiting someone came over to tell us (firmly) that the kitchen isn't dedicated gluten-free. We fully get that, but that's different from putting bread on top of everything on the plate, especially after we'd already discussed the restriction. As I was saying that, the staff member walked away. The interaction felt more like a lecture than the apology that would've been appropriate. The food overall was okay, but not memorable. My husband said the "special" Bloody Mary was the worst he's ever had--memorable, just not in a good way. On the positive side, the gluten-free coffee cake was excellent, and thankfully the company made the day worthwhile. My guess is there may have been an issue with our reservation. We made it in person previously and it was written in a notebook. When we called to confirm the day before, they initially couldn't find it. It felt like it might not have made it into the system, and they were trying to accommodate on the fly once they realized it. If that's the case, a little transparency upfront would have gone a long way--we would have appreciated the option to adjust our plans rather than end up waiting outside for so long. Overall, this felt like a series of misses and mishandled opportunities to improve the experience. It's also an excellent reminder of why I normally steer clear of dining out on holidays.

We reserved our seating through their Concierge, Kathryn, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming to my family and me. Zach then guided us through the wine list and helped us select some fantastic wines to try. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely seemed to love what he does, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We tasted LaRue's Blanc de Blancs, LaRue's Brut Rosé, Stoller Reserve Chardonnay, and Stoller Reserve Pinot Noir. Every wine was delicious and beautifully vinified to showcase and complement each varietal. I enjoyed the wines so much that I actually signed up for the Legacy Wine Club! Overall, it was a truly memorable experience for my family and me. The combination of beautiful scenery, exceptional wines, and wonderful hospitality made this visit one to remember. I can't wait to plan my next visit from SoCal!

Thankfully, we made a Heritage Room reservation and were able to enjoy the outdoors under some umbrella shade. Two of us a wine tasting, 1 grabbed a glass of red, and the other was there for company and some N/A musings. We also had the charcuterie board and cookies, both of which were good overall. I absolutely adore this spot for having N/A options which on this day was an orange creamsicle inspired slush. Service was really accommodating...since I can be quite the slow sipper at times. They definitely did not make us feel rushed. This is such a picturesque spot and I couldn't help but adore the giant tree with the tire swing in the middle. People were absolutely trekking across the lawn to enjoy it. This is a rather family friendly winery and there were tons of families, a bridal shower, and just folks enjoying the day. High high points for an inclusive space. Check it out if you're looking for a cute winery to enjoy!

The restaurant has a cozy, homey feel, and the staff took the experience to another level. When we sat down, they asked if we wanted to look at the menu or simply leave it up to the chef and go with the "Francisco Special." Without even glancing at the menu, we decided to trust them... and we were so glad we did. It ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences. Every one of the five courses was spectacular. They also asked about any dietary restrictions before the meal began. We didn't have any, but after chatting with the chef, we learned that he has spent time eating plant-based and experimenting extensively with plant-based alternatives. Based on that conversation, I imagine they would be more than capable of accommodating dietary restrictions. One of my favorite parts of the evening was that each dish came with a brief explanation, either the story behind the dish or details about the ingredients and preparation. It made the meal feel thoughtful, personal, and memorable from start to finish. I wish I got more/better pictures of the food but our phones didn't eat first this time... P.S. Their chocolate tamale is to die for
