Project was whole house window cleaning. The company called the-morning of and asked if they could…read morecome 30-45 minutes early. We agreed but they only came a few minutes early. We went to great lengths to move everything so there was easy access to every window. We even unlocked each window so it would take less time to open them for cleaning. I had to leave the house for 40 minutes. When I returned Brian and his crew of 2 young men were in their vehicles. I walked into the house and immediately noticed that many of the windows weren't clean. Upon inspection, the sills were still dirty, screens which did not need to be taken out were sitting on the floor near some windows and there are scratches in the glass on some of the windows. There wasn't one window that was fully cleaned. I tried to catch them but they were gone. As of this moment we have sent a message to Brian letting him know of our displeasure and are awaiting a response. We hope he follows up & we can give him a better review. August 14, 2025 UPDATE=Hooraay!!! Brian and his crew returned this very afternoon and with many apologies and some cloths, they went over every window and we are now satisfied with the quality of the work now completed. I would recommend Brian with the caveat that you specify that you expect a thorough walk-thru when the job is done. His guarantee can be relied upon.

Andrew sent another crew which was only one person. There was no way they would be done by 4:30pm when I wanted to leave. The Other team showed up 15 mins later. Then they washed the interior windows, but left off the interior French doors. I ordered the interior wash I meant all of them. The guys washing the exterior windows washed them but didn't wipe them. I had to ask them to wipe the water spots off, they were just going to let the water spots dry up. They indicate it was part of the process. Who wants to look out the window with water spots all over them. They did a great job cleaning my roof two years ago. This time it was a Terrible job!!!!!! I will not use them again. Try if you want

Add to that the frustration of having true divided light windows, which look wonderful but are a beast to clean, lots of screens, and a few windows in difficult to reach areas and you can see why I now opt to hire out my window washing job. I've used several services in the past with mixed results. So, when I saw an ad in the local paper for Amazingly Clean Windows, I was more then happy to give them a call. Dave Edwards, the owner/operator, came out on a Saturday to give me a quote. His price was very fair and his truck and business card seemed to suggest a professional outfit. He agreed to come the following Friday to do the work. I'm writing this as Dave and his assistant just left the house. I have never been more pleased with a window washing job! The guys not only made the windows sparkle inside and out, the screens look like they are brand new and the window sills and frames are spotless! The guys finished the house and I walked out to the truck to see about the bill. To my astonishment, the guys were also washing the windows on my garage door! Dave said that he included it in the proposal. Wow! I will most definitely be using these guys again. Professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality, reasonable pricing: Amazingly Clean Windows will give you the whole enchilada. October 2024. Zach and his partner came prepared to power…read morewash our wooden deck, its rails, spindles, steps, and support posts. He pre-treated where needed. They worked efficiently. I have a feeling that he had seldom washed intricately-shaped spindles. At the end of the day we pointed out that he missed some of the surfaces of the spindles. He returned the next day to re-do them (kudos, kudos - we had already paid him). We would have given five stars except for one thing: although he had very conscientiously moved the deck furniture off, he forgot to put the pieces back. (The grill was a bit tricky for us). We will hire him again.
