Parking wasn't bad. When I walked in there a was line, nothing crazy. The joint ain't too big, but good for one on one. When I got to the counter, a blond Asian lady helped get my order. I asked her what went good with the Joe special, and she recommended the cheddar jalapeño bagel. I also added the 4-2-1 coffee. Took a seat and within 5 minutes everything was done. Instead, I was helped by who I was told is her younger sister, and the experience was completely different. She came across as rude, unfriendly, and seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service. There was no warm greeting or positive attitude, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. She could definitely learn a lot from her older sister about how to treat customers with kindness and respect. To make matters worse, I was shocked to see that a single slice of cheesecake now costs $10. That's simply too expensive for what you're getting. Between the poor customer service and the high prices, I don't see myself returning anytime soon.
