So I got on yelp and found Khanh and called him immediately! Within 30 minutes of our initial phone call, we met up and took our maternity photos. Everything happened so fast, because we did not get photos until about 6:30 in the evening...so we had to hurry before it got dark. When I tell y'all the pictures came out PHENOMENAL!!!! They lost two of my photos with WWE Superstars Konnor and Viktor (supposed to be uploaded and accessible via a code). My wife and I waited almost an hour in that line. I contacted them twice via their own provided Surveymonkey form to resolve the issue. No response. I then called their customer service. I'm now on the third day after THAT with no photos, and apparently no desire to fix it. I really really hate when companies make me have to pound on their door to get something done. Unacceptable. I hope this company doesn't treat all their customers this way. Spent over $1,000.00 to get to that event, so that's about how much those photos were worth to me. Garbage business.

No personal photos were permitted, everything had to come from Catch the Moment's website. At one point they stopped photographing because there were camera problems. Once they continued people, myself included, posed for photos with the candidate and were directed to the company website to retrieve the photos. My photos never appeared on the website. The company was very responsive to emails at first saying there was an error and they would retrieve my photo from the camera. Once it became clear that the photo was never taken or never saved, they stopped replying to emails. Never offered an explanation or apology as to why I wasted time and money for a "professional" photograph that doesn't exist. Beware of doing business with this company. As they failed to "catch the moment" that mattered to me and that I paid for.

He went the extra mile - arrived early, stayed late and even help participate... in my proposal plans (I proposed at a local art gallery and he acted as if he were the gallery guide). He has a unique, creative style and was able to capture exactly what I wanted in my engagement proposal photos. Every single one of Jason's photos was incredible and there were over 200 of them! After the photo shoot, he got the photos to us with the quickest turn around time I have ever seen. The ordering process was a breeze and he provided the digital copies to us so that we could use them on our wedding website and Facebook. Jason really bent over backwards for us - whenever we needed something, he was there to provide. We like him so much that we going to have him come out to San Diego to shoot our wedding if he's available.
