If you rebook with them they won't charge for removal at your next appointment. This was definitely on more of the pricier side, but I thought my nail tech did an excellent job and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. The facility was also clean and very nice on the inside. They were pretty busy the day of my appointment so it was a bit of a wait but I wasn't too bothered by it. Rebooked with NAILS 4U for my next and appointment!

She has excellent English skills and quickly determined what I preferred. I am a question asker too. So as she began the process we had very comfortable conversation and a few giggles. All of my nails are polished to perfection. My dry heels are no more and the complimentary massage was heavenly. When I come back next year I will ask to see Ms. Kim again!

At 4:10, I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair. The gentleman who did my pedicure was rough, cut me twice, trimmed far too much off my big toes, and left nail polish on my skin. I didn't receive several of the items listed on that pedicure type. My daughter finished when I was still having my pedicure, and they directed her to a chair next to mine. After she waited almost 30 minutes, she didn't even want the pedicure anymore. No one ever came over to acknowledge her or start working. There were walk ins after her that received service. I finally sat down to have my nails done at 5:05. I had a picture of the French manicure I wanted. It took an hour and 45 minutes. It looked nothing like the photos; the edges were sharp and I scratched myself. There was so much product under the nails and I asked him to file it, but he did not. For two French manicures with a full set and one pedicure, I spent $224!

Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!
