When it came to my bouquet, it was nothing like what I was supposed to get. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I said whose is this and Rick said yours. I said it looked nothing like what it was supposed to and he said yes, I have the picture. I said no it doesn't and before I knew it he was gone. Disappeared from the building. I know there was nothing that could have been done at that point but he could have apologized instead of disappearing like a coward. So I wrote in the comment section what I wish to include and the florist went above and beyond what I expected. I do not like the floral websites like FTD or 1-800-flowers. I prefer finding a local florist in the town that the delivery is needed. As a customer from Georgia sending a bouquet to my niece in Pitman, NJ, Rosebud florist delivered better than expected for a reasonable price as goes for delivered flowers. Thank you, Rosebud. Bouquet that should have been in casket never arrived instead a small vase of poorly placed flowers was sent. Boutonnières should have been at church for the pallbearers before they arrived.We should have had two arrangements for the alter and not one larger one. I mean, if you don't want to answer the phone, just send it to the answering machine so the customer can at least leave a message. Clearly picking up the phone and hanging it up on a customer is not a good business practice. Gave two stars because I know they have lovely flowers, but I will never order again from this florist as I prefer not to deal with that type of management style. There are many other wonderful florists out there that will gladly pick up the phone until closing time and sometimes after.
