She also made an excuse as far as how I ordered late so they basically had to rush to make it and deliver it on time. The integrity of the design was compromised in their "rushing" process. I ordered through the funeral home website so the funeral home outsourced the job to these people. I made sure the option was still available to deliver the flowers to have the arrangement there on time. I said if it were a problem the option should not say "Can my order still be delivered - YES". She offered me 50% off my next order. Really?! Do you think I'm going to order from you again?! I was so upset with all of her excuses I just had to hang up. She ended up calling me back and said that the funeral home (not he flower shop) was going to give me a partial credit which basically equated to what I paid for all the service charges.
