Today is 12 years ago June 19th that Kindred Hospital in Hollywood killed my Mother. Hollywood FL has some real questionable Doctors. They lied in her death certificate. They all failed my Mother miserably. Entitled selfish incompetence at its finest! After my Mother left Dr. YC office a Good Samaritan knocked on her window at a stop sign and had her pull over and called an ambulance. Their office is incoherent and inept! I lost my best friend my loving Mother who helped everyone the purest heart and soul. Be your own advocate. I had no idea my Mother's arteries were clogged. I had no clue what was going on but I kept getting them every morning. I wanted to get answers because they were obviously irritating and uncomfortable. Basically, I set up an appointment after a week of hives and was told by the Doctor that I had chronic hives. I wanted to know what was causing them and he said the only way to find out was to avoid eating foods high in histamines. I stayed away from high histamine foods for two weeks and continued to break out on schedule. I went back and continued to ask why I was getting hives. He said he did not know but that I could do a $500 allergy test to determine what I was allergic to, possibly calling the hives. I told the doctor based on my prior knowledge that I've done this test before when I was younger and I'm allergic to: Dogs (shedding) and Cats, dust mites, mold, and amoxicillin. He pressured me into doing it anyway and I would have to wait another week. So after a week of waiting I went back in on a Saturday morning. The test took about five minutes and the results came back very fast. Guess what guys?? It turns out, I was allergic to: Dogs (shedding) and Cats, dust mites, mold. GROUND BREAKING!!! So, I said, "Yeah, I knew this already. So what is causing my hives to appear every morning at 7:30 and to last thirty minutes?" He said, "I don't know, we might never know." Me: ..... I ended up having to pay $500 for results I already knew and to this day I still have hives, but not as daily anymore, but I still do not know what is causing them. I feel like I spent a lot of money here and really got no answers. So, I would not recommend coming to this facility. The doctor did not have the best bedside manner, rushed through appointments, seemed rather indifferent most of the time and lacked any empathy of helping me find answers to my medical problems.

The Doctor was great and I was prepared to schedule the recommended procedure. I waited 4 months for the staff to get my insurance approval. After I called several weeks in a row I finally got a call back saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I requested my records so that I could appeal with my insurance. They never sent them. After many calls later they told me they would charge me $1 per page for my records. To get the insurance to pay THEM!! So disappointing. Now I won't go back even if it gets covered. UPDATE: The day after this review was posted the Doctor posted for me to contact him. He immediately made sure I could get ALL of my records, spoke to his staff, and called me back to make sure they took care of everything.

His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

I was able to make an appointment and come the same day. This is the 1st time I've ever had pre visitation part of a doctor appointment go so smooth. This building is stand alone, so it has the most simple and easy parking scenario. No need to valet or park in a garage, it's very convenient. The staff was very friendly, I had no wait time. Prompt appointment. Dr. Anjum is wonderful! He was just as concerned about me as I was, he kept asking questions to figure out my problem... which is a little complicated, so I was very grateful to his attention. I have a follow up next week and I'm hopeful we will get to the bottom of my issues. I really trust his practice.

He attributed my lung issue to a muscle skeletal problem and prescribed a narcotic medication which I did not fill. I left there feeling outraged having spent 45 mins getting there and waiting one hour without any real need to. I found this guy through my insurance. I do NOT recommend him.
