This was accomplished in less than a day. I was under the impression that this was necessary to accommodate the future design. In fact, I believe the company was unable to come up with a design because of the existing visible root systems of large trees on my property. I should have researched this company, but I did not. I then waited over a month for the follow-up design, which never came My intuition says that this company is unable to do the work of a major design, landscaping company. I would have gladly paid for a design, but I think they just bailed on the project because of their ability to come up with a proper design.
