Can't say enough good things about Dwell Inspect AZ. Thorough is an understatement. We just went through an inspection on the seller side in another state by another company. It seemed like the service was just an overview of the house with no in depth explanation of anything. We are coming up on our 11 month inspection with our builder. Our neighbor suggested we use Dwell Inspect so we would get an honest review. Richard was even earlier than the appointment time, we loved that. He was very professional and crawled through the entire house front to back up and down. We did have a concern about the electrical box because 2 different 220 circuit breakers failed during our 11 months. Found out that the house is in great shape building wise. Richard found that one circuit breaker was 20 amp. He looked up and found that the circuit breaker, by the oven manufacturer requires a 40 amp circuit breaker. We will discuss this with our builder.
