Sam wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive painter I interviewed but I could tell right away that he cared about the details and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The estimate was fast and accurate and Sam even helped us pick out a new color for the trim. His contracts are very detailed and he tells you exactly what you're going to get and he even offered to alter the contract if I felt something needed to be added. The team started within a week and they did a wonderful job making our house look brand new again. We had several areas of our stucco that had cracking but Sam took care of all of them and even put a fresh coat of polyurethane on our front door. Sam was there personally almost every day and he had me create a punchlist near the end. He personally walked through every item with me, ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. The team was professional, courteous, and they did an amazing job. If you have painting needs in the future I highly recommend hiring Riverside Painters. The pictures on the website are all without imperfections, but I have been informed that imperfections are allowed for in the contract. Unfortunately the work done on the floors came out with a multitude of big white splotches and scratches and the owner is now saying that the big white scratches are part of the "decorative imperfections" and not terrible scratches where the stain did not take. See the pictures as they do not look like those on the website. I am so disappointed in what we thought would be a beautiful floor. Buyer beware!
