There is a guy/girl (can't tell) who always yells on the phone - super professional. The cab drivers are rude, and they conveniently never have change for a twenty because they want a tip for the horrible service they give you. Not to mention one guy always blares rap music at 7am - great this is JUST what I want to hear when I'm just waking up. Chip the owner doesn't care about customer service either otherwise he would fire these losers. I am getting a car soon so I won't have to deal with these people anymore, stay away everyone! This airport is small (to me) considering how large the city of Chicago is and a little outdated. There isn't much room to move in the gates. There are a few stations for charging devices, but when flights are delayed, there are definitely not enough. More outlets or charging stations would be beneficial. There are plenty of food options for meals and snacks. The car rental pick up process is also fairly smooth and easy to get to via train. A decent airport, but needs more charging areas.

Then, as he passes me, starts threatening me and using hand gestures, both hands off the wheel as he was swerving all over the road. Not sure what I did other than drive responsibly. If you see this cab company in your rear view mirror, best to get out of the way or they'll run you off the road. Needless to say, I will not ever call this company for livery service. Later, on my return home, the second driver also arrived very quickly after I called to schedule the return trip. Both cabs were clean, appeared to be well maintained, and the drivers were professional, friendly and polite. My trip was only two miles there and back, and the cost for both rides combined was just $15.00 total. Another taxi service I called first was going to charge me $40 for the trip to the same destination, and another $40 for the trip back home. That is not an exaggeration.
