Their lack of communication and failure to properly manage my policy has caused unnecessary stress, financial burden, and even left my son stranded on Interstate 75 due to their negligence. When I added a new car to my policy, I was quoted one rate, only for it to later increase with no clear explanation. On top of that, Marcia failed to update my defensive driving course, which directly affected my rate. They repeatedly claimed they never received the certificate, but when I checked my records, I found the email where it had been sent directly to Marcia's email address--meaning the mistake was entirely on their end. This was just the beginning of a series of careless errors. My payment was not properly posted, which ultimately led to my insurance being canceled--something I only discovered because I took the initiative to follow up. Because of their failure to communicate, my son was left stranded on I-75, and when I attempted to get a tow, I was told there was no active insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for the tow, and while they eventually reimbursed me, it took weeks--an issue that never should have happened in the first place. In an attempt to rectify the situation, Jennifer assured me she would call me back, but after a week of waiting, I had to reach out again. She then told me she thought Mark was supposed to call me--but he never did. Now, I'm being told that my insurance is over $700, despite Mark himself telling me on December 18 that it would only be $500+. The constant miscommunication and lack of accountability make it feel like I was rushed just to get my money, with no regard for accuracy or proper service. Looking back, I should have known better. Two years ago, Mark's office claimed they could insure my daughter's 2019 Kia, only to drop her coverage after a month or two, saying they couldn't insure it anymore. This kind of backtracking and incompetence seems to be a pattern. State Farm should be ashamed to have this office representing their name. If you value honesty, reliability, and proper customer service, avoid Mark Pritchard State Farm at all costs.

If you currently have State Farm I highly urge you to change agents, and if you're considering them, DONT! They will not treat you well and will give you a ton of problems each month!

They truly did offer substantial savings. That does not relate to why I'm leaving one star. Admittedly, I'm not the best customer. I'm a single mom and sometimes struggle to make ends meet and pay not always on the due date. With that said, they have an associate (Natalie Wohlers) who called me and was helping answer some billing questions. She failed to hang up in time when leaving a voicemail and proceeded to embarrassingly talk about me to her colleagues which I captured all on recording. I was humiliated! She did call to apologize and provide an explanation, but that doesn't repair the relationship or the emotions that were felt after the shock factor. I would expect so much more from someone in a customer service role and I truly hope other clients do not receive the same disrespect even if it is behind closed doors.

She listend to me, called the tow contractor and stayed online to help resolve the tow fee issue. She really went to bat for me as a long time customer. She really made me feel apprecitated and valued as a customer. Because of her care, it sealed me staying State Farm. She deserves some kind of raise or promotion!
