I discovered Dylan on Instagram and instantly fell in love with all of his landscape photography. Dylan was great to work with - he was very professional, punctual and he even suggested the most beautiful spot for our photos. One thing that really stood out to me was Dylan's ability to think outside the box and also prepare ahead of time - my request was to take family photos with my two (easily distracted) Samoyed dogs. As a dog owner, it is extremely tough to get dogs to look at the camera (let alone have TWO dogs look at the camera at the same time). Dylan worked his magic and even brought his own dog toy and captured these beautiful photos (while hiking the sand dunes with us). I found Dylan through his impeccable reviews when I was looking for a family photographer on our annual trip to SLO. I was less than enthused because I am not a fan of being in front of a camera (especially with my 3 year old and extended family and while pregnant) but with the fear of the pandemic it was very important to us to capture the moments we had together.
