I approached their chocolate covered pretzels with an open mind. As soon as I tasted the rich chocolate and subtle hints of saltiness from the pretzel, I was hooked on the flavor combination. My mouth waters just thinking how the chocolatey goodness that came from that toffee chocolate covered pretzel. Their cookies are adorable! You can tell that each cookie is iced by hand. It makes cookies from Cookies in Bloom look childlike because of the amount of detail and design of the cookie. One of my favorites was a square cookie with an initial. I wish I had photographed it to share with you. What an elegant cookie! This chocolatier has tapped into the essence of cravings---sweet, salt, and fat. During that time it would've been nice to receive an update on the status after the initial confirmation that I received.
