I had excellent service and product. I always have excellent service, experience and product. Sorry to be so repetitive. Hubby and I really prefer b r. I grew up on b r. I had though tonight a banana split which I've not had for many yrs. I also got pints and a smoothie for the hubby. Hubby says smoothie was very good. Strawberry, banana. Can't go wrong. A yummy and safe combo. My server very nice. I'd been served by him before. I don't recall his name. I'm on a sorbet trip. A recent selection is blackberry hibiscus. We order through Door Dash and they always do a great job. My fav is rocky road and I have learned not to order rocky road from basking Robbins because the flavor is weird to us. I prefer the rocky road from marble slab. My hubby likes the banana split, I like the chocolate chip cookie dough because I am a texture person and my daughter loves the cookies and cream sundae. They do a good job of stapling the bag so there is no tampering. read more

The service here is really bad. There's always this one Asian lady there. I think she might be the owner. She's not the least bit friendly. And often kind or rude and unwelcoming. We only go here because we happen to like BR ice cream and it's only 5 mins from our house. One time I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter there. The same lady called me to say that the decorations I picked we're not in stock and that I needed to pick out another one. So, I went up there to do so. When I did, she informed me that my new selection was $2 more. I always already annoyed that she wasn't apologetic about me having to make another trip there (and the fact that I live close should not matter). I then said that she should wave the additional $2 because of my inconvenience. She flat out said no. It's only $2, but it was the principle! That's just bad customer service! Needless to say, we didn't order our ice cream cakes there again this year. Some times I actually rethink getting dessert elsewhere just because the rude lady there bothers me that much. read more

Nice amount of flavors, always full of people when we stop in. This was actually our 2nd Baskin Robbins that we visited in less than a week. Ordered 1 scoop of Jamoca which I rarely pronounce correctly so I just point to the word. Staff is always nice, parking is extremely limited, bring a bike or share a ride with a friend would be your best bet. If it's after business hours, we park nearby if we are only going to be few minutes. As we walked out, saw Bernie's Burger sign, and added it to your next time we are out list, because right now, too full to try it. read more

Came in to get my wife some ice cream, I live in the neighborhood, they had a new employee training and he gave me the complete wrong ice cream! When I called the store and talked to the person in charge" he said I could come back and get the right ice cream but didn't offer an apology or anything, all I got was a here you! I went yesterday to Baskin Robin, we came inside the ice cream shop waited for proximately 4 minutes the lady was inside the kitchen doing god only knows what, she didn't say sorry for the waiting she didn't say anything, she only said how can I help you with attitude voice, then we asked for the Sunday Sneakers I believe it tasted really good, but I won't go there again because of her attitude, hopefully she will change. read more

I been here and they have great service! When I would go there I would love to see lady make cakes!. I would order cake from the store. Most of the store ice cream flavor is VERY good! Great place for a quick refreshment or even ordering a cake! There are so many delicious flavors of ice cream here and I haven't even tried them all yet! This place is the worst. I've come here almost daily looking for a stupid clown cone to enjoy some nostalgia and the treatment I've had here is beyond awful. Only one female employee (and I don't remember her name unfortunately) said she would be willing to make me a freaking clown cone. This other female employee (she's prob middle aged and I'm guessing some kind of oriental descent) shuts me down every time by saying "that's all we have right now." REALLY? You mean those two clown cones you have that have been sitting there for 2 weeks straight because nobody wants them are it? The younger Asian guy seems to be bullied by this older woman and just repeated whatever that woman said back to me. I heard the first time. I will never come back here again and I'm glad I found Marble Slab across the road because their service has always been amazing and their ice cream is always delicious and available. read more
