I never write reviews, but this cannot go unsaid. Wow. I get regular facials up and down California and can safely say I have NEVER had a better facial than with Dylan. The studio is gorgeous and relaxing. There was a basket for my belongings, essential oil misting and peaceful music in the background. It began with a short consult on my skin type and preferences, where Dylan assessed what I was looking for and even asked my fragrance preferences! I received a robe to wear (because she actually includes neck and chest!!) and laid on a heated bed with under knee support. Dylan made my comfort a priority throughout the process and I got to lay under a cozy blanket. My actual facial was beyond amazing. She worked her magic in the form of steam, specialized serums, Gua Sha, extractions, massage, the works! I had mentioned I am pregnant and Dylan customized everything she did to my dehydrated, pregnant skin. She was knowledgable about the safety of all of the ingredients she was using for pregnancy as well. We finished with lip serum and sunscreen. Above and beyond! My face is GLOWING. After the facial, Dylan explained specifics on how to combat dry skin down to product type, molecule size and how to use products to keep my skin hydrated.
