I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Na'imah is awesome!!! I have been going to her for vajacial services - I am super prone to ingrowns and hyperpigmentation after sugaring so I was looking for something to help combat that. I had never had a vajacial before and was definitely nervous my first time, but Na'imah puts you at ease immediately. Her room is cute and cozy and she offers great conversation while she works. The appointment flies and there is absolutely no awkwardness. If anything I felt extremely relaxed as if I was at a spa (which I was not expecting to feel!) The service includes a steaming, mask, extractions, and a cleanse. It's rare that we give ourselves the opportunity to pamper 'down there' but it is so worth it to add to your self care repertoire! I have already seen improvements in my skin after just two monthly visits (and doing the at-home care she recommended). This is now part of my monthly maintenance and self-care routine. Cannot recommend seeing Pristine Esthetics enough - if you are having any doubts or afraid of feeling uncomfortable/awkward please don't! I came in for a Brazilian wax. I was running late, and thankfully, Naimah was so understanding. She has excellent customer service, and I had a great experience. She was quick and thorough, which I appreciated greatly. Her studio was clean and well-kept. I tend to be a little nervous for waxing appointments, but she was gentle, and I was very relaxed by her demeanor and ease of conversation. Her attention to detail was top-tier. Her attention to detail and care made the whole experience smooth (literally and figuratively).
