Disappointing experience. Took my new car here for a tint, I've had the car for 4 days and thought I could trust Dynamic Auto Custom to be careful and cautious with it. First, I was informed it would take 2-3 hours for the tinting process. I arrived for my appointment at 11am and was told it would be approximately ready at 3pm. This is 4 hours. I had not allotted 4 hours of my day for this because I was initially told it would be 2-3 hours. My partner had to stay and wait for the car while I went to work. 5 HOURS is what my partner had to wait for. The worst part, my car comes out and there are bubbles on the tint and white chips all over my back rear window. When questioned regarding this, they stated "it must have already been there". The car is four days old. Photos and videos were taken beforehand to show that this was not the case, yet they refused to take accountability for it. When the concern was escalated they then changed the story to "maybe it's paint overspray from the factory" and provided other excuses. Disappointing that the car was in new condition brought in and now they won't recognize their lack of service quality. They brought the car back to "detail" it to fix the white spots (after much back and forth and having an employee walk away, leaving someone else to tend to the matter), yet after closer inspection at home, there are also water stains both inside and outside the car. Extremely disappointed and frustrated that my partner was even made to pay the full price despite their deficiency and refusal to take accountability. Only plus side was the customer service of the front desk lady who took the time to listen to our concerns and attempt to resolve the problem. Fantastic service and product for our second car that we brought in for Llumar ceramic tint on all sides and transparent tint on the front. Highly recommend this spot for your tinting needs! There's a lobby with a bathroom to wait or you can drop off and pick up later. I had done a lot of research prior for our first car to find good pricing at a good place. I also appreciate women work there and help you discuss your options so it's not just a male dominated office. Update: Seven years later and the tint is still in great condition, no peeling/fading/bubbles. Just one small scratch that i did when exiting with a coat hanger that scraped the top 2 inches of the window tint, but even after 5 years the scrape hasn't gotten worse. read more

Look no further, this is the place to go. I came here to get Tesla Model Y Tinted. I got everything tinted, all side windows, rear, front windshield and rooftop. I could have gone back to the guy I went for tint in the past but he didn't do front windshield and didn't have the heat rejection I wanted, nor did he have much experience with tesla model y. This place did it all, super professional and definitely have great experience tint Teslas. After a week I did notice some bubbling dude to the window rolling down slightly when you open Tesla doors so it didn't cure entirely. I messaged Vanessa about it and she offered to get it redone. She booked me a time right away and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. All the tint looks super clean. I wanted to give her a tip as my way to say thank you and she refused it. My overall experience here was pretty good. All of the employees, especially the two girls up front were very nice and helpful. I got my tint done here about two weeks ago and have had no issues with warping or bubbling. I ended up getting 15% ceramic all around. Honestly, it looks a lot lighter than 15% and looks more like 35% which is the only issue I have. I wish I got the 5% ceramic instead because it looks very light for it being 15%. Other than that, great experience overall but might look into getting it redone to a darker tint. read more

Recently I had my 2015 Tacoma front side windows tint replaced. When I ask for a quote, they replied quickly. Set up everything texting. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Tint on the window look great now they match the factory rear window tint. On top of it they had a discount going. It was a win win. While I was there, I ask them to give me a quote on replacing the rear fender protective film with the OEM film I had purchased. I was going to do it myself but soon realized I was over my head. The old film just crumbled away leaving a sticky mess. They removed the old film and installed the new. Now it looks just like when I bought it in 2015. I have had both my vehicles in their shop, and I have referred friends that were very happy with the tint job on their cars. It is a full-service shop. The next project I will see if they will ceramic coat my 2015 Tacoma. read more
