I originally came here to have my aftermarket alarm system removed, and Mo did an excellent job. He quickly took care of the removal, checked the fuses, and confirmed that my electrical locking issue goes deeper--possibly related to the motors or relay system. Removing the alarm was an important step in continuing the diagnosis with my mechanic. Mo is extremely knowledgeable, works fast, and takes the time to explain things. He explained everything to my boyfriend and me in a very friendly manner. He even offered to uninstall the stereo so we could exchange it through Amazon. The only positive thing I can say is that the tint was "applied" properly. However I did not like that once finished, they did NOT clean the outside windows. They left the windshield smeared which I could not understand because I did not get the windshield tinted. I ended up having to go to another shop to get it removed and tinted again. The new SUV back windows are already darkened at about 25%. Then I had 35% put over that. It was still too light and I wanted it to more privacy at the end result being 20% or even 5% for the back. He suggested to layer over what was already on there. I went with his suggestion as this is his craft and I assumed he knew what he was talking about. You know what they say about assume? When I left the shop, I didn't get a block before I had to pull over and call him because it was pitch black in the back of my car and I could not see out the back windows. I could not even see the back seat. I called the shop and was told that it would get lighter after it dries in 3 to 5 days. I had to rely on my side view mirror lane detectors to get me home. A week had passed and they did not lighten up. I could not drive my car at night, hell I could not drive during the day. My car stayed parked for a week while I had others drive me around because I could not see out of my car when I needed to change lanes. I could not understand because my daughter has 5% on all her windows and you can see perfectly clear out of her car. I ended up having to pay someone to remove all the film and tint the car again. The guy who removed the tint could not believe someone would layer the tint on top of tint, on top of dark glass and tell me that it would lighten up. It was just bad advice that cost me a great deal. When I reached out to him about having to have it removed because it was too dark he told me what my daughter told him. I told him that was a lie. He was referring to a previous conversation he had with my daughter about getting estimates to get our car tinted. That conversation has NOTHING to do with any subsequent conversations or transactions. I know the truth and God knows the truth and I'm satisfied with that, because rights all wrongs. I am not bitter, I'm better. I learned from my mistakes, it was a costly one, but I learned. All I can say is when you are about to utilize anyone's service skip the 5 star reviews and go straight to the 1's because those are the ones that will let you know what problems you will most likely encounter. read more

Omar is the man! We were messing around with "well known" options like Best Buy, etc. Between walking in, doing it online, and actually "calling somebody on the phone" (each of whom assured me "they got me"), all of those ended up being a waste of time. At the end, they couldn't figure out how to schedule actual installation... and couldn't figure out which parts needed to be pre-paid. Total mess. Very unlike me, I said "screw it" and just Yelped a local business that could give me a no-garbage solution, price, and time/appointment. After spending 30 minutes comparing Yelp options, I called Omar. He sounded like he knew what he was doing. His reviews were strong. I thought "what the heck?" We cruised over there and Omar did not disappoint. He ran us through the couple of options -- which head unit, which style of rear camera mount, etc. Then he quoted us a good price... we tweaked the offering a bit, shook hands, and he called me in an hour and it was done! Great product, great craftsmanship, great price, GREAT GUY. I would post pics but it is daughter's car and she is not home at the moment. Imagine a 10-year-old Jetta with stock 2" x 8" cheesy black/white LED AM/FM/CD converting over to a beautiful 5" x 8" color touch-screen CarPlay situation with a backup camera for a few hundred bucks. I called Mo at noon. He gave me a price and told me he could see me at 3-4pm. I showed up and waited about 10 min for him to finish up another car. Then he installed a dash cam. Front rear and external battery for me. He did it all within 90 min I want to say. Afterwards, it was tricky to set up the camera onto my phone but that was solved after I went home and trouble shooted it with Google. Overall, Mo did a good job. He asked me where I wanted each of my cameras and he made sure the wires were all hidden very well. His price was fair too. read more
