Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail.
