She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. The sensor camera on my Honda Civic went out of calibration. My mechanic didn't have the means to…read morecalibrate it so I went to a Honda Dealership. Dear Lord, did I get a run around big time from the Service Writer and a Service Tech. New windshield for $1,000. Honda windshield on back order. The Service Writer charged me $180 for diagnostics, advised it would be a few days before the glass company the dealership uses could get to my car. The technician threw the parts of the camera and bracket on the front seat of my Civic. My insurance agent contacted ProView Auto Glass & Tint for me. Landen was assigned to come to my residence to survey the situation. Yes, the Honda didn't have the original factory windshield, a new windshield with a bracket molded to it wasn't necessary. Landen had the adhesives necessary to re-attach the camera's mounting bracket to the glass as it was when I bought it four years ago. He then calibrated the Lane Drift Warning and the Forward Collision warning, the purpose of the camera. For various reasons those cameras can lose calibration. Calling around dealerships, the prevailing charge to re-calibrate is $350 plus. ProView was far less costly, their technician - Landen - came to my residence; and road with me to test his work. Both Forward Collision Warning and Lane Drift Warning work as off the showroom floor. Broken windshield and sensors located on the windshield, tell you insurance claims representative ProView Auto Glass & Tint are the best place to get the job done.

I submitted my info and Will (the owner) got back to me the same day. He gave me a call and even helped get connected with my insurance to submit a claim. It was so simple and it was all done in 10 minutes! He asked my availability and sent his techs out to my house when it was convenient for me. They even have an in-house technician who can calibrate the new windshield (which was required per my insurance) to ensure safety on the road. I had another cracked windshield less than a month later. I texted Will and he got right back to me and I got it replaced and calibrated again all fully covered by my insurance. All in all, I spent $0 and had an amazing experience. I've been so impressed by Will and ProView's communication, kindness and professionalism. I will continue using them for all windshield needs in the future and would recommend to anyone in need.

Sometimes when you're in business, things don't always go as planned and as a customer, how a…read morebusiness responds when things don't go as planned can sometimes be more valuable than if things went perfectly but the business wasn't professional or courteous. I brought my 2026 Tesla Model 3 here for some tint and things did not go as planned but Josh was super friendly and did everything he could to make the situation right. Below I describe my experience, which involves fully tinting every piece of glass on my Tesla, which is the most difficult vehicle model to tint. I wouldn't pass on Copperstate Motor Club solely based on the below review. The first go-around with the tint didn't turn out as expected. I had opted to tint my Tesla's six side windows, back window, sunroof, and windshield in the MaxPro MaxIR, which is their top of the line film. I wanted maximum heat and UV protection from the harsh Arizona sun, even though I was having the tint done in January. Josh was super friendly and communicative during the process and my tint job took all day. When I went to pick up the car there was a good amount of soap running down the sides of the car but Josh had free QR codes for the car wash near his shop. Even though the QR code didn't work for me, I was able to spray. the car down with some spot free rinse water to get the soap off. Fast forward to a few days later and I noticed some large bubbles on the driver side door and windshield not going away and then I noticed in other areas around the car, there were some dust particles and hair trapped in between the tint and the glass. I also noticed some hardcore streaking on one of the windows and some tint on the sunroof that didn't look like it was cut correctly as the tint didn't cover the sunroof fully. Josh re-tinted my side windows, which look good. He attempted to redo the windshield but when he put the film up, there was a nick in it so it was removed. He also wasn't able to redo the sunroof or the back glass, stating that he couldn't do any better than what was on there already. He was kind enough to issue me a full refund and also give me some additional car wash codes, and money toward my Uber ride. I thought that was VERY kind and excellent customer service. I appreciated his strong business acumen. He attempted to make the situation right and I really really appreciate that. I had since taken my car to Gilbert Tint Works for them to redo the windshield, the sunroof, and the back glass, which look good so far...the car is still curing so I'll know in a couple of days. One thing that Gilbert Tint Works pointed out was that the film that Copperstate Motor Club put on the sunroof had a weird blue hue to it. I also noticed that the windshield film, when it was on there, had a blue hue as well. We suspect that perhaps too much soapy solution was used. Copperstate Motor Club is a newer company and it appears they're still ironing out some kinks. Hopefully in the future they'll be great because the owner, Josh, definitely has the right business mindset.

First time doing an insurance windshield replacement and it was a simple, fast, and painless experience. Called Dynamic Auto Glass and spoke to John who answered the phone quickly and answered all my questions politely and professionally. He then initiated a call with my insurance company and using a three-way call we answered the necessary questions and got the claim started (took no longer than 10 mins). Fortunately I have comprehensive with full glass coverage so I owed absolutely nothing for the replacement. Then we went ahead and scheduled the service. He was able to send someone out the same day with a two hour window (call was made at 11am on a Monday and the tech was there that day by 1pm, right at the beginning of the two hour window). The tech called just before he arrived to make sure he was able to find where the vehicle was parked, so I wasn't surprised when he showed up. The tech (Ray I think was his name) was polite, professional, and got to work right away. After 50 mins he was all done. I signed the paperwork, he gave me instructions on when and how to drive it for the next few days (see attached photo), and handed me the cash rebate. Just a note: the $100-300 rebate you see on the website will likely end up being just a $100 rebate so don't get too excited. However, the rebate is in cash and not a mailed check two weeks later so that is certainly an improvement over competitors. All in all a simple, fast, and painless experience. I made sure to thoroughly inspect my car before and after the work and there weren't any scratches or problems. The ONLY room for improvement I could suggest would be that the door thresholds were dirtier and so were the door handles after he finished. Let me be clear, a very small issue, but a quick wipe down after the tech does the job and would make it an absolutely perfect experience. Not taking off any stars for that, again a super minor thing, just wanted to provide friendly feedback! Will update the review if any issues arise. If no update, than you can assume everything is just fine! read more

They installed a windshield in my truck today...clearly the wrong windshield! didn't notice it until after they left. Called the shop....John who says he is the owner is rude and threating on the phone. He wasn't the installer and proceeds to tell me what my problem is...says he will come out and look at it when he is good and ready. A white van shows up to do the install...no name on the van. That should have been my first clue not to use Dynamic. Johns exact words on the phone were sue me your not going to get anything. First call will be my attorney, second attorney general and so on... read more

I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism I received at Dynamic Auto Glass! They replace my windshield with top Factory glass in less than one hour and very bad weather. Prior to coming there my windshield had some type of crack in it and wind would blow literally into the car. Though everything was perfect John insisted that I call him if he we had any problems. Had my 2005 Chevy Trail Blazer Windshield replaced today after talking about it for two years. All I can say is the gentleman who showed up and replaced my windshield did so at 8:00am on Sunday morning for a price I was very happy with. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

He explained in detail to me things that I never knew about my Equinox! Like a camera in the top center of the windshield that provides lane assist while driving. He was careful, methodical and didn't waste a step! From the time he started til he was finished was about 35 minutes. He even recalibrated the lane assist! I definitely will use this company again! He was neat and clean and left no mess! The way he treated my car most definitely reflects the company and the standards they set! They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

Setting up an appointment for someone to come out to me was super fast and easy. I had a small pit…read morein my window and I wanted it fixed immediately. I was given a 12-4 time block for them to come out and was told I would receive a call when they were on their way. 4 came and no one had called me yet, so I called the office and she took care of it immediately calling the person that was supposed to be here. I was a little disappointed that no one showed up in the time window but I am happy with how well they handled it. He ended up showing up about 15 minutes later. He came and fixed it super fast though. Seriously, it only took 5 minutes. The repair looks great and he cleaned my front windshield inside and out before he left. I bought the Yelp deal, so it was even cheaper than the original cheap quote I received. I'm happy.
