I had a huge crack in my windshield that I needed fixed. One company gave me a lowball amount which seemed like a bait and switch since I already knew I needed the entire windshield needed to be replaced and not repaired. I made a few other calls to a few places and their prices were a little higher . Also , Reliable was the only company that seemed to fit my schedule. They have mobile service but I needed to get to the shop since it's difficult to let guests in at my job. I really liked how the place was about 7 mins away from my house. I was quoted a 2 hour time of completion but my windshield was replaced in 30 minutes!!!! You can't even tell it's been replaced. I also felt as ease with their warranty terms. One of my double paned windows at my home was broken via a storm in July of 2022. The next day I called Reliable Glass, days later one of their techs came to my home for an assessment. The tech was professional, very knowledgeable & explained the process. Within two weeks the glass was replaced & we are happy. Through State Farm I chose Reliable to replace my windshield. I had a rock chip about the size of a nickel. They called me after my State Farm inquiry and setup an appointment as well as went over the details like time ranges for when they expect to be at my house that was actively kept up to date through text messages. I opted for their mobile service and they changed it out in my driveway with me just needing to unlock the doors. Feeling guilty because of how hot it was they managed to get everything done in about 30 minutes anyway. At the end they handed me a card with instructions and they were on their way. Beware of this Deceptive cheat business. I got 3 quotes for replacing one of my window panes. The quote from Reliable Windows was the highest for exactly same job by 40% as compared to other two companies. (State 48 glass & Sunny State glass). This cheat company Reliable is extremely UnReliable. They were the only ones to charge $45 fee for visiting and issuing a quote. My $45 was wasted as I paid them this fee but did not go ahead with them as their quote was $1050 for exactly same job, as compared to other two quotes of $600 and $700 from other two companies mentioned above. read more

The initial purchase and install was fantastic but when it came to honoring their warranty they refused but offered to send me a new window.

There is not much to it. I don't have glass insurance. My windshield got a crack which turned into a whole windshield crack from top to bottom so it needed to be replaced. Called Reliable and got a quote and made an appointment. They came on time and changed the window. I was charged ~$450 which I have no idea is high or low. read more

Had a chip repair under warranty from these guys - their chip repair warranty is within a year of your glass replacement. Wesley came out on time, was very professional and got the job done. While the chip didn't completely disappear, it was half as bad as it initially was and hopefully this keeps it from splitting as the weather heats up in the valley. I just had my front windshield replaced at one of your shop location on North Central Ave. Your technician was courteous with excellent customer service skills. I can't be sure but the business card provided has Joey Loisel on it. Your telephone agent named Andres was also exceptional by all means. However, my problem was not inspecting the quality of the parts provided before leaving. I was in such a hurry to leave, I completely forgot to look things over before paying for the job. Upon further inspection, the driver side rubber seal was curled over. A manufacturer's defect that I should have seen and resolved with the technician before leaving. Anyways, I applied some black silicone as a permanent fix to this problem. Other then that, the overall experience was good. read more

I got my car windshield repaired last September, and there's already a crack in the windshield. Called their phone number and inquired about the one year warranty. The lady then proceeds to tell me that "Because it's been almost a year, it most likely isn't the result of workmanship and/or stress defect. A rock most likely hit the windshield where the seal was, and you did not hear it. Therefore we are unable to honor the warranty!" Like what? I didn't know I was talking to a fortune teller. I asked what my options were, and she said to call my insurance company. That's it, no further help. I get that the department was bought out, but you could tell that she was obviously trying to get toss the issue out of her hands. I can't speak for their other departments, but DO NOT come here for anything related to auto glass. Offers warranty, does not honor it. Customer service has turned into trash. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the company turns for the worst. read more

The customer service is solid. The lady who answered my calls to schedule the appointment was good and able to lock me into a 4 hour window on a Friday. I called back the day of because I had things to do and was hoping I could get an accurate time frame or if I could be last up. She said she would look into it and placed me on a brief hold, when she got back on the phone she was able to get it down to a 2 hour window, 3-5 PM. Jose Leyba contacted me at about 4:25 letting me know he was on his way and about 20 minutes away. Pulled in around 4:45 and walked through things around the window for liability reasons which I was more than good with. Cool guy that was willing to answer any questions if needed. There were minor scratches on the window after installation that you can see in the image uploaded. Aside from that the only thing I would like to see is an updated timeframe so that consumers don't have to wait around for 2-4 hours, wondering when the installer is coming. I understand this might not be feasible or may have the potential to be deconstructive and cause more harm than good. Just a thought and suggestion to benefit consumers and consider their time moving forward. read more

Highly recommend this for mobile windshield replacement. Gentleman called me 10 minutes before and even though I was 15 minutes away running an errand it didn't bother him at all. He was also very informative on how long tell I could drive as well as wash the car. First of which was an hour and second he recommended 48 hours though they do say you can in 24.
